The Village Vet St John’s Wood is by far the best veterinary practice I’ve ever been to. A few years ago, Kelly picked up on my dog Otto’s heart murmur during an emergency visit to their Belsize Park branch. She wasn’t even our regular vet at the time, and we hadn’t been to The Village Vet before, but she spotted it straight away. That moment without a doubt, extended Otto's life. Kelly is now our main vet for both of our dogs, and her care has been nothing short of exceptional. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her expertise always puts me and my family completely at ease. She consistently goes above and beyond, even fitting us in at very short notice when needed. Natalie on reception is also wonderful, always so friendly and welcoming, and she really helps create such a warm atmosphere. I can't recommend them enough!

I recently visited this vet practice for a procedure, and even though it isn’t my regular vet, I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. I encountered a few issues afterwards, but the assistance from Dr. Maddie, Charlotte, and Alex was nothing short of exceptional. The after-care they provided was extraordinarily good. It truly is a shame that I don’t live nearby because this vet would have undoubtedly become my go-to choice. Their team really goes the extra mile for your pet's well-being, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Kelly is a wonderful veterinarian, cares deeply about the animals, is conscientious and methodical, and takes time to explain issues and options for dealing with them clearly in terms the average person can understand. We are so so grateful for her help — thank you!

I cannot recommend Village Vet enough! My cat and I are very scared of vet visits but Venus immediately put me at ease when booking my appointment and was very comforting and lovely. I knew just from talking to her on the phone that this was the right place for us. Kelly, the vet, is amazing. So gentle and patient and calm. She answered all my questions and explained everything really well. I am so appreciative of these kind brilliant people. They made a scary thing much more bearable. This place is great and might even cure my fear of vet appointments!

I can’t say enough good things about Village Vet! Dr Kelly has been looking after my dog Rio for years, and he absolutely loves seeing her — which says a lot about how gentle and kind she is. Kelly takes the time to explain everything clearly so I always understand what’s going on, and she never makes me feel rushed or like any question is too small. I always arrive feeling reassured that he’s in the best possible hands. Kelly’s combination of expertise, compassion, and dedication is incredible. It’s rare to find a vet who not only has such incredible medical knowledge but also such a calming, friendly approach that makes both pets and owners feel at ease. She goes above and beyond every time, and I’m so grateful for the help she gives to Rio.

Highly recommend Village Vet SJW and especially Dr. Kelly. We took our two cats here during our three year stay in London. Dr. Kelly communicates clearly and in a caring manner (and can translate between British and American English when needed :)), and we appreciate that they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Our cats have fortunately not had any major health issues but we have been very happy with the clinic for routine care.
