I’m very happy with my experience at this veterinary clinic. The reception staff were very warm and helpful, and the vet was extremely patient, professional, and caring. I really appreciated how much consideration they showed for my small pet. The pricing was not expensive at all. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this practice to anyone with pets.

We absolutely love Dr Serena’s care of our cats. One of them had a big issue requiring surgery and 3 overnights at the vet, and now he has perfect quality of life, we are all grateful.

This vet surgery is great. I took my two cats there for their booster and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a very friendly and personable receptionist. The Italian vet lady was also great and showed a lot of kindness and empathy towards my 'hissing, not too keen on the vet' elderly cats. This is great vetenary practice in action.

Fantastic service, the team at Village Vet West Hampstead are always super responsive and caring. Very well organised and proactive practice team. I managed my cat’s care with them for just over a year, right from when he was a new kitten and me a new cat dad. The only reason I left was due to moving away. Can’t thank them enough for making everything simple! ☺️ 📸a happy cat they cared for 🐈⬛

Having recently bought a puppy but hasn't collected him yet, I went to them for advice. The receptionists were very helpful. I felt confident that when eventually I collected Cashew, that they would take good care of him. That they have.

Our Shiba Inu, Jet, has been going to Village Vet for almost five years. Over that time there have been some ups and downs with the overall level of service, although I should say the reception staff have always been wonderful. Since Serena joined the team, however, our experience has been consistently excellent. She clearly cares deeply about animals and always shows genuine kindness and concern toward Jet. Most of our visits have been routine, as Jet has thankfully been very healthy, but more recently we had a more serious health scare. After visiting another Village Vet location (Hampstead / Belsize Village) and not feeling confident in the diagnosis we were given, we saw Serena the following day. She handled the situation calmly and professionally, examined Jet thoroughly, and arrived at a very different diagnosis—one that made far more sense and was clearly explained to us. My current 4-star rating reflects our overall experience across five years, but Serena and the reception team have been outstanding at every interaction. If this level of care continues, I’d be more than happy to revise this to a 5-star review. Jet is always eager to go to the vet, which says a lot in itself.

Had to change vets as they do not provide good care and not even preventative. At one occasion dog had stomach aches was treated for this but a week later his gland erupted and no one told me about this at the vet during the examination. Then they wouldn’t even see him again without charging again full consultation. Then one of the check ups vet recommended he needed teeth cleaning surgery and there is no other way to clean, she was not at all comforting or making me feel like he would be in good hands, I went to another clinic to have second opinion very worried and they prescribed a tooth enzyme gel intense treatment and followup, and his teeth cleaned up enough to avoid any procedures anaesthetic, atleast for now.
