Absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs! I took my beloved pet to this clinic for surgery and just a few hours after the operation, my pet died. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. The surgery was rushed and poorly handled from start to finish. I strongly believe they only recommended and performed the operation to take my money — over £3,000! They offered no proper explanation, no alternative treatments, and no support whatsoever after the tragedy. Zero compassion, zero professionalism. This clinic prioritizes profit over animal welfare. I would never recommend them to anyone. Please think twice (or ten times) before trusting this place with your pet. Extremely disappointed and heartbroken. Never again.

Managed to fit us in last minute to help us when our cat was hurt. Lovely receptionist who always remembers our other cat even if he isn't with us on that day which makes a lovely personal service. Thank you

Thank you for seeing Sparky Cat for his annual booster vaccinations. He is 13 now and isnt a fan of leaving the house but the vet was patient and good with him. All over and done with in 5 minutes. Friendly reception staff. All good :)

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, this is mine. If you are looking for a Vet, do not choose this practice. They don’t ascertain the root cause of a problem and instead make assumptions at the cost of the customer. I asked for tests on my first visit and was ignored, I paid them £600 for products that did nothing to help my cat, who later was put to sleep. They are only interested is selling you products you don’t need, than carrying out professional assessment to ascertain the condition needing treatment. Do not suffer like I have, avoid this practice.

So I found a wild hedgehog that was out in the day and fell asleep in our garden. Contacted this vets as they were closest to me. Was told I would have to pay fee for it to be seen. Again it was a wild animal and not my own, just ended up in my garden. You would think these are vets for the love of animals but no…. It’s all about money

Avoid This Vets At All Costs! Took our dog to Wellpets due to bleeding from his penis. They charged us over £200 for urine tests and found nothing. We were still concerned, so we went to another vet—within minutes, they found a cut on his penis, which was the actual issue. When we called to complain, we were completely fobbed off. We also sent multiple emails from different accounts, all of which were ignored. Shocking customer service! If you care about your pet, take them anywhere else. Wellpets is a complete joke—overpriced, unhelpful, and clearly more interested in money than actually diagnosing problems. Avoid at all costs!

After my dog being treated unfairly by Borden lane vets, I registered both my dogs with well pets after a recommendation and I can not thank them enough. They treat my girl so well and do not care that care that she is a large breed, she went into to be spayed on Thursday and made me feel so comfortable and knew I was very anxious. The nurse knew my baby didn’t like the clippers and decided to get in the kennel with her to put in her iv, she played with her before the surgery and everyone made a fuss of my baby. They are so welcoming and so caring

We trust Vanya more than anything with our boys. She is fantastic and always knows the best thing to do. We have been through a lot with our poor dog who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the team at well pets, Vanya & Molly in particular, have been unbelievably understanding and patient. Our boy was diagnosed over a year ago and we were told he would have 9 months - a year but he is still going strong and I truly believe that is through the amazing help and care of this lovely surgery. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts x
