Vets for Pets - Sittingbourne

An amazing team of vets, nurses, reception staff etc. I have used this vet for 2 bunnies and 4 cats for numerous reason and they have been nothing short of compassionate, professional, friendly and just an all round great team! They all do their very best and it genuinely feels like they really care about the pets. Best vets I have used by far. :)

We recently moved from the practice purely for geographical reasons, but we wanted to reflect how fantastic Grace and the whole team are there. They helped us through some difficult times with genuine kindness and our daft pussy cats have always received the most amazing care. We can't recommend them highly enough and will always be grateful to them x

I want to thank all the staff at Vets 4 Pets Sittingbourne for the compassion and professionalism we received having to make the hardest decision for our elderly cat. The level of care was very much appreciated and we are very grateful. It’s was so much better than the service with received years ago at another local vets. So glad we moved our pets to Vets4Pets

Lovely caring staff who are easy to talk to. I feel heard and respected during consultations. My reactive cat also doesn't react negatively to them, despite what is wrong with him, which tells me a lot. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vets4pets Sittingbourne were absolutely amazing with my dog today. He went in for neutering I was very anxious and so was he. They completely put my mind at ease with whatsapp updates and treated him with the upmost care and respect. He is now home resting. From the reception staff to vets they are so professional and friendly I can't thank them enough.

Vets and staff always polite. Visited four times recently for various reasons, all with an appointment. Still not seen until at least 15 minutes after appt time. No other gripes.

Ripped off completely by this vets, having spoken to other people I should never have gone to them and are known for this. Avoid at all costs. Management have slopey shoulders too, would rather defer you to another practice rather than deal with issues fairly and professionally when faced with complaints.
