I beleive they are adding more money on to bills and charging way to much. Every month they send new bill that dont make sense . And one time they tried to take £150 out of my bank without me knowing bit i stoped it. .... Going down this week and demarding a itemlised bill if they dont reply to my emials (never do) This has got to stop now .

Really kind and professional with my cat. The practice was so calm and quiet, my girl was totally relaxed (she almost fell asleep while having her nails trimmed!). Staff were reassuring and gentle, which made the whole visit stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Medivet to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets.

Would highly recommend if you want your pets well cared for. From the minute you walk into reception staff are welcoming and attentive I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a good experience with medivets.i had to have my old cat Pepsi put to sleep today. Was so hard for me Kai was there on reception and was kind to talk to me before the process, which makes all the difference. I would recommend based on that alone. They reassured me through the whole process and had empathy and understanding in a difficult situation 😢 I will even get some paw prints of him as I could never get them before! that is an added comfort for me. Rest in peace Pepsi my lovely little triangle,enjoy rainbow bridge ❤️ Thank you Medivets for all that you done today ☆☆☆☆☆
