Your Receptionists are always very friendly, especially Amanda always on top of her job. The vet that saw Mitsey was very kind and friendly. Very happy with Bounes Green, vet 😀🐈⬛

Very happy with the care our 2 kittens have received with the team at Medivet Shoebury Road. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, the health plan is great covering all the routine health needs including regular flea and worming treatment and 6 monthly check ups. Reception are always easy contactable and it was very easy to book routine appointments online with good availability. Thank you to the whole team for your care.

I first saw the emergency vet last Saturday, as my dog appeared to be in pain after trying to jump up onto my bed. She administered an anti inflammatory injection for a suspected muscle pull. I then took him back on Monday to see Van, as he was still lethargic and hadn't poo'd, Van after a thorough examination, suspected a stomach problem, did a blood test and prescribed pain killers. My dog then started to eat well and poo'd on Wednesday. I took him back on Thursday as he still didn't seem right, during another thorough examination Van discovered it was his hip that was the source of the problem, he is currently on anti inflammatory medication however, may require an x-ray if the problem persists. This may seem a long winded review however, unlike other vets I have dealt with, Van is never rushed, asks lots of questions whilst examining the animal, then gives his opinion and the options available, allowing you to ask questions and decide the best course of action. The same problem happened again whilst I was in Spain I.e. his back legs gave way whilst chasing his ball, once again he had blood tests, X rays and this time an ultrasound as well as injections and medication, the treatment was equally as good, with a massive difference in the price nearly £2,000 at Medivet £330 at Aliaga in Spain.

Easy to book appointment. Vet was very professional and took her time. Handled our cat really well and after 24 hours she’s improving.

I wouldn’t take my dog any where else. The vets do the right thing and are so knowledgable. The staff are so caring, friendly and empathetic. Unfortunately I lost my dog yesterday but she had a very long happy healthy life and Medivet played a big part in that over the years. When her time came to an end the staff were all so good. Thank you for looking after my dog. I can’t recommend this practise highly enough.

My little puppy (Rosie 🐶) goes to Medivet Shoeburyness. The guys in there are so friendly and welcoming, so I knew straight away she was in the best hands 🙌🏻 Roise was well looked after, told me everything I needed to know to look after her after her surgery. Brilliant service 🤟🏻 great staff, bloody big thumbs up 👍🏻

The care and support we’ve received from Van, Amanda and all of the staff has been fantastic. Our cat recently had to get operated on having become unwell with a prolapse. One surgery was scheduled followed by an emergency surgery a few weeks after. Both of which were easy and stress free. We were comfortable and happy our cat was in safe hands with a team we can trust. Van is incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has the patience to answer questions and concerns. All of our insurance pre authorisations and claims were dealt with by the team which was super helpful during a stressful time. All of the staff are caring, understanding and accommodating. We have our yearly check ups for all of our cats and the service has always been amazing. We have never had an issue with getting appointments with slots available during evenings and weekends. The yearly reminder text is really helpful. I would recommend Medivet Thorpe Bay to friends and family. We’ve had amazing care and service so far and will continue to use them in the future.
