I’ve been waiting for my dogs blood results, I was called today from the vets and was left a message saying they have the results and could I call them back. I’m now worried there is something wrong as they could have said that they are all clear in the message. I called them back and was told the vet was in consultation but would call me back when she had finished. No one called me back. I not happy I will have to wait until tomorrow now worrying all night about the results.

Loki and Luna are well looked after here. Receptionist Dawn (and the others I don’t know their names, sorry) have all been polite and patient, and very friendly. My vet is Joanna and she’s so good with the cats. Nothing I ask is too much and she’s happy to make sure they’re looked after well. As it stands I’ve not used the vets for any emergencies but my experience so far tells me that the cats will be in good hands should I need it during an emergency. Thanks team!

Treated rudely by counter staff. Told need to take recommended testing of dogs, however if not taken dogs would not be treated for anything. Have found another vet in the interim and would never recommend this brand

Being a Veterinary nurse myself it was extremely nerve wracking for me entrust my cat Sammie care into a local practice for his dental treatment but I needn't have worried. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and on admission they completely understood all my worries especially as my cat gets very stressed. He had 2 upper canine teeth removed, but was given additional pain relief before I collected him and he's recovered so well and ate within a few hours of coming home. 5 star service, especially from RVN Catrina who knew how worried I was. Can't thank you all enough plus really helped me to do a direct claim through my insurance making it financially a lot easier. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my very special boy x

Had good service each time we’ve visited, nice staff and all of the vets we’ve seen have been great. Thank you :)
