We moved to the area in December, and shortly after that our indoor cat escaped from the house and went missing. We searched for him constantly for 7 weeks. Sadly, he was eventually found in a very bad condition, and the person who found him in the street took him to Warren House Vets. Our cat was microchipped, so they called me to say that unfortunately he had to be euthanised and that I could come to say goodbye. I went there with my daughter, who desperately wanted to say goodbye to the friend she had grown up with since birth. When we arrived, nobody was really able to tell me what had actually happened. Mietek had no visible external injuries, no blood. When I asked about it, I was told that he had probably eaten something toxic because he started having seizures shortly after being brought in. I asked whether any tests had been done, whether they had tried to save him in any way. One of the staff members left for a moment and came back 5 minutes later saying that she had spoken to the vet and that the cat had almost certainly been hit by a car because his back legs were paralysed. She also said the decision to euthanise him had been made because he was having seizures and breathing difficulties. He was our beloved cat, a member of our family, and after what I heard I genuinely doubt that any real attempt was made to save him. I cannot shake the feeling that if I had been the one to bring him in myself and had offered to pay whatever it took to try to save him, things might have ended differently. As soon as we walked into the room, there was already a cremation form with urn price lists laid out next to our cat, ready to be signed. While we were holding him and crying at reception, the staff were laughing and joking with each other. There was absolutely no compassion, empathy, or respect during one of the hardest moments of our lives. I left feeling heartbroken and deeply disappointed, and I definitely will not return there again. I will remain loyal to Manor Vet.

Nuria the vet was so good with our puppy, he is normally very nervous and shakes, he was very relaxed with her even when she had to examine him and do a blood test. She explained everything to us and put our mind at ease. She is very pleasant , friendly and caring.

I always get great service here. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. The vets are so kind and take great care of my cat and make a big fuss of her. I’ve been to 3 different practices of this vet and the great service is the same in every one.
