They were compassionate and have us time with our girl before she went over rainbow bridge 😭. Also gave us footprints and some of her hair. Can't thank them enough for making us all feel comfortable in her final moments

I can’t thank this veterinary team enough for the care and dedication they showed to my pet during an incredibly difficult time. He was very, very ill, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear he was in the best possible hands. The level of commitment they showed to his treatment was remarkable. Every member of the team went above and beyond, not only providing expert medical care but also treating him with genuine kindness and compassion. And they were all so genuinely happy when he pulled through! What meant just as much to me was the support they gave me as his owner. They took the time to explain everything clearly and showed real empathy throughout the entire process. That compassion provided me with comfort during the entirely overwhelming situation. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares.

Do not tell them if your dog has been to France; it’s going to cost you £90 if you do. I am moving away from Warren House because of their rigid and expensive "Brucella testing" policy. Despite my dog only visiting France (a low-risk country) over a year ago, they refused to give a routine rabies booster unless I paid £90 for a mandatory blood test first. When I refused, they effectively "blacklisted" my dog by stating that without the test, I would have to pay a £50 "special precautions" surcharge for every single future visit just to be seen. I’ve now moved to a different local vet who didn't even mention this test as a requirement. Not only that, but the new vet is £20 cheaper for the rabies vaccine. Right or wrong, Warren House’s approach feels like a money-making scheme rather than reasonable pet care. Shop around and save yourself over £100 if you go to Europe on holiday. We certainly won't be going back to Warren House.

The reception staff. nurses and vets are fabulous. Pam and Sue on reception are incredibly efficient, kind and welcoming. Natalie is fab and Michelle is just the best vet. Been going here for about 10 years and highly recommend the practice. Acupuncture is offered too and my Basset Hound Dalmore responded so well to this treatment. Will be a client here for a long time yet! Never feel overcharged or rushed either. Thank you Warren House vets! Jo Donaldson

I thought my dog had a stroke despite her trauma and mine we were left in the waiting room for 25 minutes after her appointment time. I Was told that she had possible gereratic vestibular disease or possible brain tumour. She has not responded to the medication prescribed, there was insufficient medication in house and despite me paying for all meds I had to chase up again today to collect outstanding and paid for meds. Sadly despite paying over £200 for my consultation and medication my beautiful dog is being put to sleep tomorrow

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I do not understand how they can get good reviews. Had been taking my dogs here for years and never had an issue. Unfortunately new vets and change of staff has meant that its become a money game to them and no care is shown for the pets who come in. They are a company that shows no concern for the safety or care of your dog. They charge you for things you’ve asked for your dog not to have, they charge you for things youre unaware they are being given. They only care about the profit and care so little for the owners best friends are on an operating table. I CANNOT stress enough how important it is to go somewhere where your dog is properly cared for and looked after. I left and it was the best decision ive done for my dogs. Please please do not go here
