I rang easipetcare in Chatham yesterday morning as my dog looked like she’d had a stroke the night before, the receptionist got me an appointment that morning & was very helpful. Once there the vet actually met us in the car park & helped myself & my husband get our dog into the practice room & saw her immediately. The vet was really caring & empathetic to her condition, he diagnosed what was wrong straight away & prescribed the medication needed for her to take & explained in detail how to administer it. (Turned out to be vestibular disease, which is an inner ear issue in older dogs, symptoms include head tilt to one side, loss of balance staggering & walking in circles, flickering eye movement & vomiting) which was the exact symptoms our dog had. I can’t thank the practice enough for what they had done on such a stressful day & would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a vet, the cost of treatment we find is cheaper than most practices, not that, that comes into it as we would do whatever was needed, but, it certainly helps especially with what is going on in the world atm, Thank you easipetcare

The service this year has been excellent every time we needed help. Appointments have been consistently on time, compared to previous waits of 30–40 minutes. Email responses are now provided on the same day, and the vet proactively called to update us on blood test results. This level of service has been consistent throughout. Thank you, team!

I’ve tried several veterinary clinics around the area, but Easipetcare Chatham is by far the best. I took two of my cats here. Sadly, I lost one of them even though the team did absolutely everything they could. In the end I had to let her go because her heart. They were compassionate and honest through a very difficult moment. The staff are always kind, professional and really care about the animals. What I appreciate most about this clinic is their integrity. They never try to push unnecessary tests just to make extra profit. When you love your pet, you would do anything if there is hope for recovery. Some clinics take advantage of that even though there is truly no hope. This is the first clinic I’ve experienced that doesn’t. I trust them completely and highly recommend them.

We had our dog Minie with Easipetcare Chatham for about 2 years before moving house. Minie got spayed there and regularly health check + anal glands expression. Everyone was so friendly, I was gutted to have leaving easipetcare!

I've always taken all of my pets to Easipetcare Chatham, they are extremely professional and will not do or recommend any service that is unnecessary. The vets are lovely and very understanding you can tell they love their job. I've recently lost my cat and made the decision to have him cremated, Nick at reception handled this is the upmost professionalism, care, empathy and understanding, he really is a credit to the team and I can not thank him enough for everything.

Don’t use this vets. They are useless- you are paying for something and they won’t provide what you know your dog needs (as it’s a reoccurring issue). The vet didn’t even look in her ear and offered a swab for extra cost when previously they use a tool to check her ear and provide her ear drops. Just trying to scam you for more money offering the swab. Now had a few times I haven’t been happy with this vet so I have moved now.

We were seen as an in hours emergency appointment as our dog had been attacked by another dog. The vet nurse we saw was excellent, very knowledgeable & reassuring, explained our options very well, gave good advice on home management. He was emphatic to what a horrible experience our dog had been through & gave really helpful advice on managing any future situations. Thank you.
