Took my dog today for his routine anal gland appointment. He usually goes to the Lordswood branch, but today he went to Walderslade and we saw Chloe. The whole appointment was actually a pleasure from start to finish, my dog was made a massive fuss of and we both felt very looked after! Thank you x

Incredible veterinary surgery. Have been using them for over twenty years now. Michelle Hadley and Naomi are second to none when it comes to experience and knowledge. The ladies on reception (especially Sue and Pam) are always kind, caring, considerate and just beyond helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kevin is loved here as were our previous boys, Gary and Steve. Kindness personified.

Avoid if possible. Appointment was 25 minutes late. We had to sit with a 4 month old kitten in a tiny room with 5 dogs barking whilst not knowing how late they were going to run. Nobody even bothered to apologise to us for the 25 minute delay. When my husband asked how much longer we would be waiting he was told we were 'next' with no indication of how long. I was so anxious about my kitten I nearly had a panic attack. No care given by receptionist or vets. Receptionists seemed very excited about the dogs and were very polite to their owners so might be an okay vet for a dog owner? Extremely stressful experience, won't be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you have a cat! So shocked we didn't even get a sorry for the wait! Not acceptable. Edit: Just to respond to the response below, nobody from the practice has contacted me or spoken to me at all and I have not spoken to anybody from Warren House since this event. Not sure why they're saying I have!

Good service. Receptionists Sue and Pam are fantastic. Welcomed my pets by name, showed interest. Vet Amanda was great and she put my dogs at ease with a great "bedside manner."

10/10 would recommend this vets office! The help and consideration given to our old pup with a new and first diagnosis was stellar! Thank you so much for your kindness and caring hearts!
