Willow Veterinary Centre - Newport Pagnell

Dolly is our rescue and freezes at the vets. She is always given a warm welcome, very kind hands and we wouldn’t go anywhere else

My Paterdale puppy had developed sores between his hind legs, possibly from the long grass he loves to explore in. But he wouldn't let me check him, and kept washing himself. I was concerned and rang Willow at Newport Pagnell who arranged an urgent appointment the same afternoon. When he was examined he was found to have several sores, the vet prescribed a spray for the affected area . Since she did the initial Treatment he has not wanted to wash/ lick the area, and seems a lot happier He will need daily Treatment for 5 days. Everyone was so kind, his examination and treatment prompt. I came away knowing my little man was going to be ok. Reassured by taking him, l was ensuring he was not going to be suffering. I trust Willow Vets and all their staff completely and highly recommend them.

Very friendly receptionists and very friendly and helpful vets. My dog is terrified of being examined after going through two traumatic episodes of illness as a puppy. The staff are understanding and talk to him to win him over and put him at ease, treats also help which they give out freely. The vets explain any treatment in great detail. They will also answer any questions you ask about prices.

My poor cat had to euthanised today due to a sudden saddle thrombus diagnoses. Everyone was really amazing and shared our grief. Huge thanks to Libby who was so sweet and really really kind, a true professional. Thank you all at Willow Vets

The staff are experienced and the service is good. I had a booking and still There was a bit of a delay, though, which was slightly disappointing .

Extremely grateful to Dr Wendy Normanton and the team at Willow Veterinary Centres, Newport Pagnell. My parrot Milco suddenly became unwell in the evening, and I was extremely worried, especially as it was very close to closing time. Despite this, Dr Wendy Normanton and the team kindly stayed late to see him. Dr Wendy was calm, gentle, and truly compassionate. She quickly identified the problem and immediately gave him medication. After taking it, his condition improved noticeably, which brought me great relief during a very stressful moment. Thank you so much for your kindness, dedication, and genuine love for animals. Highly recommended.

Our dog Milo recently had a procedure done, and despite it being an awful lot of money to our own fault of not having insurance he was in good hands and the staff were friendly and helpful with breaking down the costs, and trying to make it a more reasonable price for the meantime if fingers crossed all things clear up. Our dog is quite reactive to new people but to hear how well he was around them all for the day and to witness how unbothered he was by everyone on pickup tells me he was taken well care of . I have a lot of respect and trust in this vets , definitely recommend!
