Extremely disappointed with our experience at All 4 Pets after leaving our dog, Marley, there from 15th–22nd May. Before booking, we were reassured about the level of care, exercise and enrichment provided. However, after collecting Marley, we were left with serious concerns. Marley wears a PitPat activity tracker, and throughout his stay his activity levels were drastically lower than both his normal routine and the exercise timetable advertised by the kennels. Their published routine states dogs receive a 1 hour 30 minute morning walk plus a further 1 hour off-lead paddock session in the afternoon, totalling around 2.5 hours of exercise/enrichment daily. Marley’s recorded activity levels were nowhere near this during his stay. To make matters worse, Marley came home with a cut/open wound on his nose which we were told was caused by him “trying to escape.” The wound did not appear to have been properly cleaned or treated before collection, and we were never proactively informed this had happened whilst he was in their care. Communication throughout the stay was also very poor. Whenever we called for updates, the woman we spoke to on the phone was rude, abrupt and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience simply for checking on our dog. We have now formally requested copies of all welfare checks, exercise logs, staff notes and any incident/injury reports relating to Marley’s stay. Overall, this experience fell far below what we expected from a professional boarding facility, especially one advertising premium/luxury care. Updated Review; All 4 Pets Vets have responded to my review on google, but not to my multiple emails to the kennels. On the phone they were short, dismissive and only seemed to want to give us limited information. We were also told by different members off staff different things, one said they were eating fine, another said they have hardly ate. Marley's nose was actively bleeding following collection, and had skin hanging off it, so it clearly was not cleaned. Marley & Tyson both wear PitPats and both their data shows exactly what they have done in terms of activity in the day, I can confidently say that they were not looked after, loved or exercised as per their website as their PitPat data directly disputes this. I have attached a picture of my dogs nose now, after it was cleaned by my friend.

Would highly recommend they were great! I rescued my dog, summer 13 years ago from leigh dogs home she became a big part of our family and deeply loved. Then towards the end of her life all 4 pets vets helped with her care whilst fighting cancer for the last 3 years. They were compassionate and thoughtful right to the end ❤

Great experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, on the phone and in person. I recommend the Water Walkies service with Rebecca, who is a bright and caring professional who will help your 4-legged friend.

I've never been to a better clinic. I had an incredible experience with them from beginning to end. The reception staff is friendly and accommodating, and the vets are outstanding. They talked me through all of my options and thoroughly explained them. I would recommend them 100%. Great clinic for your pets.
