Our dog Mason was just shy of having his 15th Birthday when he started collapsing and couldn’t stand anymore. He lost so much weight and we felt he had no quality of life. We rang my pets vet as we thought the kindest thing would be to have him put to sleep. When we arrived and parked the car, Mason collapsed outside the car. Staff had seen us struggle to carry him and they came out and stretchered him inside. All the staff there were so kind and compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes to Mason. We were never rushed and it was such a calming peaceful end for our dog. A few days later we went to collect masons paw and nose prints and a clip of his hair. We are all truly grateful for the mementoes.

I cannot thank my pets vets enough for helping my baby girl feel comfortable in her last minutes and supporting myself and my sister when we was heartbroken! All the staff that night was absolutely amazing and one in particular (Amy) who let me sit for a while with my baby girl Luna and listened to my request of having hair from my dogs ears and nose prints ect. She was amazing! I will be forever grateful❤️

We sadly lost our cat Savannah at the beginning of march she was 8 months old, got out the house and was hit by a car. The person who hit her took Savannah to my pets vets, they tried to save her but unfortunately there was nothing they could do. She was a very petite little cat and the impact of a car did too much damage. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff but especially the vet who tried their best to save her, the nurse who assisted & the lady on the desk with dark hair I don’t know your name sorry, (I think you also spoke to me on the phone) I was so upset but you were so kind to me and my family allowing us to come twice so my children could say goodbye. The beautiful card i received from my pets vets with Savannahs ashes was so thoughtful, thank you for being so kind and empathetic to our family & looking after our sweet little girl in her final hours. I’m sure our circumstances were one of many you see daily but you made us feel individual and cared for. Emilie White

I have taken my puppy to this vets multiple times and would recommend to anyone. The reception staff always greet Teddy with a big smile and give him lots of cuddles and treats when booking in. When seeing the vet he is made to feel very welcome and comfortable in the examination room. They take the time to stroke him and talk to him to build a relationship with him before any checks and treatments. They are also very understanding when he is unsure of what’s happening by allowing him time to look at the equipment being used, smell it and to not be scared of it before examining him. This has all created a positive experience for him going to the vets and makes it a place he enjoys going to rather than being anxious.

Just been to my pets vets and must say I was very apprehensive as I've been going since they opened and lots of the staff have now changed. No need to worry as my Rabbit, Flash was really looked after by Maria. I wasn't rushed and everything got explained perfectly after being so worried about him. Very caring and compassionate from start to finish with both Flash and myself. Really felt that i was listened to which is so important as you know your own pet best. Fantastic care and Lloyd would have been proud.

Amazing vets!! Our dog, Monty was severely sick at Easter this year with pancreatitis, sepsis and IMHA. He wouldn’t eat because of the pain and was so weak. The team nursed him back to health over a 3 day stay in ICU and ongoing treatment. 11 months on he is now in remission from IMHA thanks to Crispian and the team. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart! ❤️ Thankyou for not giving up on Monty. X

This is the first time I have been to my pets vets. I was sent by another vet. My dog was at death’s door and now he’s home enjoying his cuddles. The vet rang me every day to keep me updated on his progress. I’m not saying it’s cheap but they are in my eyes excellent.

Visited for the first time due to our family dog being unwell. Cannot speak highly enough about each member of staff who dealt with us. After a consultation and scan our worse fears were confirmed. We were informed of Floyd’s condition and our options were discussed at length. All our questions were answered and our feelings were considered. We were given time and space to consider all the information we’d been given. We phoned the following day as we knew we were prolonging things for our benefit and it was unfair on Floyd. The most awful of situations was eased by the support and care we were shown by every member of staff. The compassion we felt was second to none. We arranged to return with Floyd, on return we immediately taken to a room to be alone, Floyd was given a blanket and a quilt to make himself comfy but he chose the floor, which was always his preference. We were allowed as much time as we needed and Floyd was treated to some chocolate which he loved. When we were ready Floyd was sent to sleep after which we were once again given as much time as needed. I would like to thank everyone at the practice, with extra thanks to Anna who saw us on both occasions. She changed her duties on the day to be with us as Floyd had met her the day before. Him being calm and feeling at ease was her first concern, our coping with this situation was her second. I would not hesitate recommending this practice and once again huge thanks to all the team for their duty of care and compassion. They all helped ease our heartache.
