Excellent service from Eye Vet Ltd. The receptionist dealt directly with my insurance. The vet fully explained my pet's treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.

After my cat, Bruce, already had entropion surgery (at his usual vet), I was very nervous for him to have a second. Everything was explained in a way we fully understood, the appointments were efficient and Bruce's stitches were so neat and well done. Any query I had, which I admit were quite often as im an anxious cat owner, was of no trouble. Lovely staff and very clean and welcoming space. Thanks again for all you did for Bruce!

Amazing team who took such great care of our boy Enzo and supported us throughout a very worrying time after his eye injury. They made us feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and were incredibly patient while we considered our options. A special thank you to Iona, who has a wonderful way with dogs and treats every dog as if they were her own. After a poor experience at another vet just days before, this kindness and care meant everything to us. We’re so grateful

I had to take my older cat Eric to the Eye Vets late Friday evening and Iiona and Gill kindly stayed open to assess Eric's eye. During the whole assessment Iiona DN Gill treated Eric carefully whilst ensuring they completed a thorough examination. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't as expected and Eric needed to have his left eye removed. I would thoroughly recommend the Eye Vets.

We had a referral on Thursday 29th January. We were greeted warmly and put at ease. We presented our dog with an additional issue which was seen without fuss and treatment given. Andy was really lovely we had had a very stressful week and his calm non condescending manner put us at ease and really cheered us up. The receptionist was lovely too and helped with an issue we had thank you all

Outstanding service from the practise. They saw Arthur as an emergency case on the same day as the referral. Everybody at the practise was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The vet that saw Arthur was extremely thorough and professional. She was also very patient and clear in explaining her diagnosis and Arthurs treatment. The improvement in Arthur is amazing! There was a noticeable difference overnight and now just 3 days later he is almost back to his old self. We will be forever grateful for the kindness and help from the practise and would recommend you to everyone we know. Have added photos from going in to 3 days later.

I took my dog Sully to this eye vet today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the team were so welcoming – it’s clear that everyone there truly loves animals. The vet was excellent: very thorough, explained everything clearly without any confusing jargon, and really helped guide me through something I was worried about. A special mention to Darren on reception, who made what could have been a stressful visit so much more pleasant. He helped both Sully and I feel relaxed, cared for, and supported. I would absolutely recommend this eye vet to anyone – they’re brilliant! Sully, of course, wasn’t too fussed about looking at the eye chart in the room — but he was very happy with all the kindness and care he received
