I cannot thank the team enough for the care they gave my dog Maya during a very serious emergency. She was diagnosed with a severe closed pyometra and was extremely unwell when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, the staff were calm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She was stabilised overnight, carefully monitored, and taken into surgery once it was safe to do so. The communication throughout was excellent, everything was explained clearly, honestly, and with kindness, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to cope with. The surgery went well, and thanks to their quick action and expertise, she is now recovering home. I truly believe their prompt, skilled care saved her life. I’m beyond grateful to the vets and nurses involved and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone facing an emergency. Thank you all so much.

Incredible vets. Always very clean and tidy! Jen is absolutely amazing. She is extremely patient and helpful with both dogs, especially the male who has aggressive tendencies. Jen shows so much care and passion, she’s a star.

I am so grateful for Rose Cottage vets. I recently had the vets here remove a mammary mass on one of my rats and I am so happy. Surgery went amazingly and my little girl is recovering well. I was astounded with the price of surgery, painkillers and antibiotics all together was world's lower than I anticipated. So happy, thank you to everyone there 🥰🥰🥰

Our little daxie comes to Rose Cottage for acupuncture to help with his epilepsy. Our vet Joe is so lovely & has really taken the time to get to know us as owners & the needs of our dog; he can be a little spicy with new people especially men, however Joe has a very calm & reassuring demeanour that has earned Peri’s trust - he doesn’t give this lightly! Amazing team. We have also seen Jen during an Out of Hours appt who was equally as lovely. Would very highly recommend!!

"I can't express enough gratitude to Rose Cottage Veterinary. Their kindness and dedication are truly remarkable. 7th January 2024 When we faced an emergency with our beloved Yorkshire terrier, Molly, in the middle of a snowy and stormy night, a professional veterinary doctor came to our aid. Although it was too late to save our little angel, the compassion and support we received made that night a bit more bearable. They were there when we needed them most and helped us with Molly's cremation. Thank you for being there in our time of need.

Best service of veterinary practice I've seen. Originally lived in Leicester moved to runcorn and my friends recommended rose cottage. Best decision I ever made to take my 12 year old girl who was super poorly and get seen in out of hours she's never been away from us since we rescued her from rspca so leaving her here at night was hard but I felt comfortable and at ease that the team would take care of my baby. Jen the vet is super thorough so friendly and I like to ask alot of questions and she helped me process it. She also gave me updates on my dogs wellbeing and is very calm collected and passionate in sharing what's needed to be told but I appreicate the way she speaks to customers I can honestly say its the best vets I've experienced also to the receptionist I didn't catch her name but it was a Sunday around 3pm you was very informative and friendly and polite I thankyou all for taking care of my baby she's my world and I think you all knew that x (100% recommend Rose Cottage) Update- thankyou for caring for my angel until she left my side 25/07/2024 🐾🥺

Our cat Bruno was very poorly in the middle of the night and needed urgent care. We called them at 3am and they answered, gave us a slot and within the hour we were there getting him seen. They cleared his urinary tract before it turned lethal ... They got him well immediately, he stayed for a night and came home happy and healthy again. I can't thank you all enough. The best vets we've ever had ❤️
