Wonderful experience for our 1st appointment! Monty, the cat, was made such a fuss of, the nurse Jodie was just fabulous, a true cat lover. Both Jodie and the vet, a lovely lady called Katie, were so professional, knowledgeable and kind! It is a comfort to see that the team are passionate animal lovers who are dedicated and caring, giving their time and energies with enthusiasm and warmth. I honestly can’t not recommend them enough! I am thrilled to have found such great care for my cat. Thank you Katie and Jodie.

I’ve been using Bromyard Vets for 10 years. There have been a few changes of personnel and, I think, management during that time but the service provided is always great. All of the vets are lovely. Experienced, kind and compassionate, and crucially, love dogs ! The reception staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Photo shows my old fellow chilling on the floor of the waiting room! Unstressed by the whole business 😊
