  I turned up with no apt and the ladies were lovely and helped me as I was on holiday and was worried about my dog. Fantastic help and service and I wished I lived in the midlands. Full marks to you all.

  Have helped us out with pups recently, and have been amazing. Always got us in with any problems, saved our Dora going through an operation with pups and have seen her within an hour when she had a few post pregnancy issues, cannot recommend them enough

  We recently moved our pets from one larger vet practice in the area to Teme Vets. Decided to do this after watching our parents dog being put to sleep at the same one we were also previously registered to. I shan’t go into too much detail as this is a review for Teme Vets but essentially we came away feeling traumatised from the obvious lack of compassion and empathy. Anyway fast forward several weeks and we found ourselves having to make the same agonising decision. Prior to this our Pomchi had been having heart troubles and Teme Vets made the switch so easy and seamless and saw our Lola the same day we called to check her over as she was further declining in health. The vet we saw was great, took her time was understanding and treated her well. Unfortunately due to her condition our Lola deteriorated very quickly over the next 48 hours to the point we needed to call the emergency vet and get her seen overnight. Teme Vets were amazing told us half hour and were there to meet us when we arrived. We were met in the middle of the night by Helen. I literally cannot fault her care and compassion she showed both Lola and us and it made such a difficult moment so much more bearable. We are so glad we made the switch in time. All the staff we have met so far have been amazing. Wouldn’t even consider taking my other dog anywhere else and were sure to tell all the other dog owners we know to go there too. We were also sent her paw prints and some forget me not seeds with a sympathy card several days after and I am so thankful they did it meant so much to us.

  Doing their best to look after my dog Bentley, he is a very happy boy tail always wagging. So much so had broken his tail they fixed it..... then had fix it again because he had ripped the stitches because he had been wagging his tail, hopefully it will heal soon
