Cheshire Pet - Holmes Chapel

We used Cheshire Pets to remove a tumour on our gerbil. They were very professional and caring, especially as he is a small pet and not all vets seem to care about them. We had 2 follow up appointments at no extra cost and I'm glad to say he is back to his normal furry self.

Fantastic service starting with Julie the lovely receptionist right through to the caring Vet who our dog Nala loved! We had the health check and it was thorough and great advice made available as our dog is getting older! Very happy we moved to this vet practice following a house move!!

Amazing vets, took amazing care of my ball python in the removal and prior treatment of his eye, bringing all my animals here, cant even tell the eye was removed unless you look closely!

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. The staff are amazing. They have been so caring and supportive when looking after our dog Ginny. Thank you so very much to all at Cheshire Pet in Holmes Chapel.

The team were absolutely amazing when we needed urgent emergency care for our parrot (who wasn’t even registered here at the time). They acted so quickly and compassionately and quite literally saved her life. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Cristian and the entire team for their expertise, kindness, and reassurance during such a stressful moment. We truly can’t thank you enough!

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. Cristian is so knowledgeable and he has provided excellent care for our guinea pigs. We travel from Warrington to see an experienced exotic vet and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

£400 for them to do nothing to help my poorly boy. Suppose to have given fluids and said cause he was so small they couldn’t do that yet still charged me for emergency care. Did an unneeded ultra sound that the manager even agreed didn’t need to happen and charged again. Even when knew was end of life was pushed 4 times by the vet to get cremated by their company. I repeated multiple times it was not needed. Also pushed for £200 of blood test after knowing it was end of life. The vets was constantly pushing more and more costs on me when I said I couldn’t pay it. Christian is a very greedy commission based vet who will do anything to push more costs. They didn’t even do anything helpful other than an X-ray. The emergency care was not worth £350 when they didn’t even do most of it admitting couldn’t do fluids they basically had him on a heating pad for £350. Well I hope you all feel happy with yourselves taking money from some disabled who could barely afford in the first place and loosing their pet on top of it. You don’t need to charge such a ludicrous amounts, you could have done anything to help but you didn’t cause your greedy people and karma will come for you.
