Took my dogs for their annual boosters, easy to get an appointment, staff are really lovely! The vet made a fuss of my dogs and thoroughly checked them over before their treatment. It was suggested a water additive to go with the Plaque Off they already have would benefit their teeth and if I wanted to consider it, to check the VOHC website for approved brands as there are many additives advertised that are not VOHC supported. I shall check this website in future for anything I’m considering giving my pets - good information to have! As always, the receptionist was wonderful, she noticed my dogs were anxious and made an extra special fuss of them, calming them down nicely ❤️

Great service, quick and easy to register our cat and get him seen on the same day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the cat waiting room too. Plus blankets if needed, to cover the cat carriers.

My dog stopped breathing we took her there they took a temperature and said everything was ok ( it wasn’t as his temperature was rather high ) , we thought it was weird there said she is fine the same night at 02:00 we went to the emergency and they told us earlier when they were measuring her temperature it was extremely high and didn’t understand why they sent us home with her , she should have stayed with them . She ended up having a surgery we ended up paying over 2000£ for the “ there is nothing wrong with your dog “

Excellent vet. Had to take our cat Raven in today as he wasn't himself and I had suspected he had been knocked by a car. Will the vet was so friendly, warm and compassionate and assured us that he felt the injurys were just superficial and didn't push for expensive tests. He even followed up with a call this evening to check how Raven was. He made a stressful day so much easier and restored my faith in vets as I've had a few bad experiences. Thank you to both Will and the lovely lady at reception for being so wonderful. Highly recommend

My cat was hit by a car and had her pelvis fractured. After initial treatment, she was limping and wasn't able to move properly. Vets recommended to take to get physio treatment. We had quite a few sessions. The girls that do treatment are really lovely and caring. They both make sure that my cat is comfortable and feels safe and not stressed. I got all of my questions answered before the treatment. I was a little sceptical about laser treatment, but after a few sessions, I noticed my cat improved quite a lot. She is not limping anymore and is not so stiff. There is a big car park, at the vets there is a cat waiting room, every time I have been it wasn't busy either.
