Highcliff Vets have looked after both my springer spaniels for over 12 years and I have been very grateful for speed of getting appointments . Front desk staff do a great job and always cheerful when we arrive . Vets and nurses have always given me and the dogs time and great patient care. Great peace of mind using this practice..

Ha ing lost our previous dog Pennie to old age 18 months ago , we have now got Billy . We made an appointment to bring him in for his first vaccination and both the Reception staff and Vet were so welcoming and knowledgeable and gave us loads of advice on having a puppy . We felt like first time parents and hugely appreciated it .

Efficient friendly caring service for our cats yearly vaccination. As always excellent service but price seems to be more each time we go. Hopefully when the CMA review is implemented later this year prices will stabilise.

Can’t speak highly enough of the care we received at HighCliff Vets yesterday. I have a nervous rescue dog who can get very panicky at some procedures. Sarah was infinitely patient and kind to her yesterday and most importantly we have a plan going forward of what works best to help my dog cope next time.

Another visit to Highcliff vets for quarterly treatment and one of my cats embarrassing herself on the journey there. Never a problem, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Vets, vet nurses and reception staff are fabulous. Never feel hurried and always feel listened to. Highly recommend.

All the staff were lovely; I took an injured (wild) rabbit in and they treated it with enormous respect.

Richard and the team were incredibly accommodating to ensure the dental procedure was as stress free as possible for our extremely anxious dog. Richard is very experienced with Greyhounds. I’ve never seen our dog so calm pre and post op. Highly recommend!

Amy recognised that our jack Russel has arthritis quickly, prescribing her medication which has made our dog much more comfortable. Amy was so calm & loving towards our dog which really helped as our dog has a lot of anxiety. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Highcliff enough. They’ve been incredible with my dog this week who’s had urgent surgery twice. I’ve been away however the communication has been incredible, my brother dealt with everything on my behalf, however they were always quick to call me to update. The care & compassion they’ve shown has been incredible & I know my boys been in the safest hands possible. From the bottom of my heart, the biggest THANKYOU to everyone at Highcliff.

Cannot recommend this vets more. They are so kind and caring and seem to always go the extra mile. Checking in on previous concerns even if we’ve not mentioned them
