I am deeply dissatisfied with the care my cat, has received at this practice. Over the last several months, I feel that profit has been consistently prioritized over his well-being. Transparency has been completely lacking. Information about more affordable medication options was withheld, and options were being drip fed to keep us paying. Furthermore, their customer service is unacceptable. When I called to discuss my cat's treatment plan that clearly wasn't working, I was told the vet was "too busy" to speak to me. My vet who cares for my cats health was too busy to speak to me about my cats health. It wasn't urgent, I had a week until their appointment. Prioritizing a consultation fee over a brief, necessary discussion about my pet's health is simply not acceptable. Since starting treatment, I feel my cat has been treated as a source of revenue, not an animal requiring genuine care. I have canceled membership and will be moving both my cats to a new practice immediately. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

My 1st visit with just recently moveing into the area. On arrival my cat was very stressed the receptionist was so helpful & supportive with helping me & the veterinary who seen me was also friendly & took time with my cat. I was so pleased with the outcome of my first visit and was glad that I had made the right decision to pick this centre.

My senior dog was unwell for months with a limited quality of life; I moved him to this practice to obtain the expertise of Duncan (highly experienced / knowledgeable). My dog is in the best hands and now has a good quality of life as he is being well managed; it is well worth the short trip up the A14. The reception staff are great, friendly & caring; the practice is super clean. What more could we want!

My little dog was sick for quite literally a month! I changed vets from Stow vets and brought him to Cedarwood vets. Duncan examined him and he was amazing. The staff were so polite and friendly, I would 100% recommend bringing your pets to this practice.. can’t thank them enough for the way both me and my dog were taken care of.. 5 stars for a review isn’t enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
