REX our German Shepperd is very very nervous after a bad experience at the vets. Our most recent visit we met George very good with REX built a rapport with him took time to understand he is just nervous and nips as he is scared only when at the vets. George is a credit to them and needs to be employed long term not just maternity cover

Have been with this practice for many years with all of pets. Always receive great service and advice. All staff seem to really care about our little babies. Could not recommend them enough

I highly recommend the Orwell Veterinary Group. They have cared my dog for 14 years. Their premises are so clean and the staff are friendly and the vets so knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions and offer advice with my senior dog.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Orwell Veterinary Group. After a recent visit with my cat, I was shocked to receive an unexpected £93 bill for a consultation that should have been covered under my subscription. When I questioned this, I received no clear explanation, and the staff was unhelpful. The most frustrating part of this experience was dealing with the receptionist, Mitzi Staddon. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even threatening to put a note on my file for being "difficult" when I politely challenged the charges. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and it left a bad taste regarding the entire practice. I had trusted this clinic for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I would not recommend Orwell Veterinary Group, as it seems they care more about money than providing proper care and transparent service to their clients.
