Been to a few different vets over the years with a range of good and bad experiences, but I have to say Christchurch are brilliant, our pug reggie was treated so well by all the staff, who were amazing, had to rush him in unfortunately at the end of his life and they couldn't have been any kinder! They also treat my ex working dog German shepherd who can be a handful, they are respectful and treat him with the caution he needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my pets.

We have been bringing our beloved animals to Christchurch for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Over the years they have shared in our joy at having new animal family members, ensuring they receive everything they need to remain healthy and also in our grief when we’ve had to say devastating goodbyes. The comfort of knowing that we can bring our babies down if we’re ever worried and will receive the best advice and treatment is immeasurable, and we’ve certainly taken them up on this on many a paranoid moment! And it is always such a pleasure to come in and see everyone, sometimes it’s difficult to leave! From the wonderful ladies on reception to the magnificent vet nurses and incredible vets, we and our animals are very lucky to have them all!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the wonderful team at Christchurch Vets. The reception team are always so friendly and welcoming - it truly makes a difference during our visits. I'd especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Tracy. She is incredibly compassionate and took such gentle, thorough care of our 16 years old cat, Bing Bing. Tracy explained everything so clearly and in great detail, which really helped us understand what was going on. Her kindness and attention to detail mean so much to us during this difficult time. I also really appreciate that the prices are reasonable. Thank you all for your care, warmth, and dedication.
