Orwell Vets are fantastic. From the receptionists through to the nurses and the vets. Very friendly and welcoming. I could not rate them more highly.

Just returned here after a negative experience at vets other side of town after moving house. My dog was happy in the waiting area ( which he isn’t usually) vet Tom was informative and reassuring and my dog was relaxed with him. My dog was even keen to go in on his 2nd visit! Well worth the 20 min drive to make sure my boy is happy!

Orwell Vets have been brilliant and so helpful throughout our time registered with them, in particular just today, when we had to have a prescription ordered at short notice for our dog. All their vets and reception staff are incredibly helpful and understanding and we would whole heartedly recommend and trust this practice. Orwell Vets were also exceptionally helpful when we were travelling abroad and helped us to figure out what was needed in terms of travel documents, both when travelling from the UK and when back from Europe. We can't fault their professionalism and they really go above and beyond to help with some complicated questions around travelling with medication. Thank you Orwell Vets.

I couldn't wish for a better veterinary practice for my animals. From the first visit Orwell Grange Farm have given nothing but the best and most loving care to my animals. The reception team are fantastic, welcoming and knowledgeable within remit. The Vets are incredible and worth their weight in gold. I literally trust them with my pets lives.

Everyone at Orwell vets are friendly, kind and always pleasant. Every member of staff are efficient and very professional and with great customer service. What I like more than everything is every member of staff have a genuine care for all pets, and always display great compassion and care towards every animal regardless of species and each will provide upmost care and attention to our pets as well as being supportive to us as customers. They genuinely care and always prioritise the animals health, welfare and well-being. I highly recommend Orwell vets to everyone who wants a vet whose sole interest lies with their patients and are not "all about the money" as has been my experience in the past with other vets practices.

I have been coming to this vets for years, and I can honestly say they are brilliant. No ask is too big for them, they never make you feel silly if you phone about symptoms you really aren’t sure about and they genuinely feel like they care for my beagles. The reception team are always friendly and approachable, putting you at ease, and recently I have been to see Ira the vet multiple times and she is brilliant. Tells you what you need to know, puts concerns at ease about what you might see in the future and when to worry and when not too. Personally following up on treatments and making sure she is available for follow up visits. Brilliant vets and would highly recommend.

I’ve unfortunately had multiple uncomfortable experiences with the reception team at this practice. On several occasions I’ve been spoken to in a patronising and dismissive way, which has made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. As a younger client and a first time pet owner, this hasn’t been a good impression at all. Rather than feeling supported, I’ve often felt judged and talked down to. The tone used by reception staff can come across as rude and arrogant, and communication has been poor more than once. This isn’t a one-off incident. It’s happened repeatedly, and it’s made attending appointments stressful when it shouldn’t be. I believe all clients deserve to be treated with basic respect, regardless of age or experience. The vets themselves have been genuinely lovely and supportive but the reception team lets the practice down.
