The practice is led by three directors, Mr Charles Bagnall, Mr Simon Bagnall, and Mrs Charlotte Brooks, all of whom are highly skilled veterinarians with a wealth of experience and qualifications including BVetMed, BVSc, CertAVP, and PGc(SAS).

Other veterinarians in the practice include Dr Lydia Bull, BVetMed PgC(SAS) MRCVS; and Dr Liberty Dunstone, BVSc MRCVS. The team of veterinary nurses comprises Head Nurse Miss Tamara Ayres-Whiting, and colleagues Miss Kirsten Adam, Mrs Tracy Lindley, Mrs Victoria Sadler, and Miss Jade Street. All are RVNs and offer excellent nursing care to the animals.
