Just moved onto the area and saw The Mustard Pot very close to our house. We have registered the dogs with them. Everyone there is so nice. Vet gave them a health check and we joined the yearly scheme they have for flea and worm treatments and annual booster jabs. All seems very good.

At a very sad time they went through what was probably wrong with Frankie cat. It is a very calm, clean environment. They called ahead to StowVets to say that we were on our way

My sons puppy took ill and the receptionist was the least helpful and understanding so called professional to a paying client who was clearly panicking and the dog was clearly distressed . Eventually after an hour of panic and distress they gave her an injection at the extortionate cost of £150 and sent him on his way- WOW!!! Definitely made the right decision to move veterinary surgeries when I did- however, some people don’t have the luxury of a car and family to taxi them to and fro during the working day! 🙄

We like going here as we have a dog who is reactive towards other dogs and so we feel it's less stress for her. It certainly was less stress in Covid times. The waiting room is now open though and staff were very understanding when our puppy decided to wee in every nook and cranny possible. Staff very friendly and we got answers to all our questions and worries for our puppies first year and our other dogs teeth problems. Thank you again

When we took our kitten for her health check the vet was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and supportive with us and brilliant with our little kitten. We felt totally confident in not just their ability to do the right thing but also just their love for these gorgeous creatures that they look after every day. So grateful!
