We had never used The London Vet Clinic and was concerned about our elderly Westie having an anaesthetic with multiple tooth extraction. We initially dealt with Dolly, the Client Care Coordinator who was superb. She was not only efficient and informative but was warm and kind and reassured us that we had chosen the right place. Paloma the vet talked me through the whole process, addressed my concerns and reassured me completely that my old boy was in good hands. They fit me in the same day and Adam, who carried out the procedure met with me afterwards and explained clearly what had been done and how best to look after my boy post op. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received at York Street Vet Clinic. My cat, Cleo, is nearly six years old, and we’ve been coming here ever since we moved to the area four years ago. From the very beginning, especially during the pandemic, we were incredibly impressed by the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion shown to both of us. That same high standard has continued ever since. We visit yearly for check-ups, and I truly appreciate that the team never tries to upsell unnecessary treatments. It’s clear they prioritise the well-being of our furry-babies above everything else, which makes it so easy to trust them completely with Cleo. I have enormous respect for Dr. Bruce, who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very approachable. He takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel comfortable asking any question - something that meant a lot to me as a first-time cat mum. I never once felt rushed or judged, even when I was nervous or unsure in the beginning. What really sets this clinic apart is the atmosphere - it genuinely feels like a family rather than just a business. Everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, and supportive, whether you’re visiting in person or just calling for advice. Cleo has always been looked after with such care and attention. I also really enjoy the regular email updates from the clinic, they feel personal and help me stay connected and informed. It’s a lovely touch that reinforces that sense of community. And I have to mention how beautifully the clinic is decorated. The rooms are warm and thoughtfully designed, making each visit feel calm and inviting. It’s such a pleasant environment that, even though no one wants their pet to need the vet, it’s genuinely a joy to come in for routine visits. I even find myself glancing in every morning on my way to work because it’s such a lovely place. A huge thank you to everyone at London Vet Clinic York Street. Not only do I feel confident that Cleo is in the best possible hands, but I also feel grateful to be part of such a caring and dedicated community. Corina & Cleo

London Vet Clinic have looked after my beloved dog since she was a puppy. They are extremely thorough and sensible about not over prescribing treatments. There is a very nice family vibe and I regularly see he same vets who now know my dog’s history which is reassuring and beneficial when monitoring ongoing issues. I feel that they are collaborative when deciding the best approach to treatment and that their guidance has always been good.

I’ve been with LVC for 10 years and as someone who has had dogs with very complex health issues I cannot recommend them highly enough. I’ve used most vets across central London and travel abroad regularly so utilise vets across Europe and honestly none compare to the level of compassion and care provided. They really do treat them as members of the family and the whole team have gone above and beyond in caring for our dogs. Even having now moved just outside of London, we can’t ever see ourselves changing practices.

Fernando and I genuinely couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly. Firstly, they now have the best and most glamorous vet in the world in Paloma, but they also combine world class clinical care with a front-of-house team that somehow manages to be ultra efficient, warm, fun and just the right amount of feisty. We genuinely love you Amy, Faith and Dolly. You make what can sometimes be a stressful visit feel human, relaxed and even enjoyable. What stands out here is the atmosphere. This isn’t a conveyor-belt clinic. You feel cared for from the moment you walk through the door. The team knows the animals, remembers the people and treats both with real kindness and personality, which is rarer than it should be. Then there’s Bruce's (Fogle MBE and owner) artwork and the wonderfully eccentric Marylebone setting, which gives the whole place real character. Somehow they’ve managed to create a space where sometimes difficult moments feel lighter and where you leave feeling reassured rather than drained. Professional, compassionate and completely authentic. If you want a vet practice that combines serious expertise with genuine humanity, this is it. Highly recommended.

Bruce Fogle was unequivocal and spot on with the need to operate Massimo. Stephen his surgeon did an absolutely superb job and after just a few days, Massimo has almost completely recovered. Moreover, Stephen has seen him three times since the op, refusing to take further payment and showing incredible care. Thank you to the entire team from me and my 13 year old veteran, adorable Spinone.
