Medivet - 24 Hour Kensington

I think my girls are going to vets for socialising, plenty of attention and treats, just help yourself as much as you want. Annual booster shots done! Going to enjoy lovely weather in the park ☀️🫶

as soon as i collected my baby girl from her previous owners, i noticed straight away she wasn’t well at all. the poor girl had come from an abusive household, had a prolapse, had been declawed, severely underweight and had hypothermia. i gave Medivet a ring the next morning and was booked in the same day. as soon as i arrived the staff were so lovely, even gave me some water as i was waiting for the vet. as soon as the receptionist took a look at my kitten, she was brought straight to the vet and nurse for a look. she had to stay in overnight to be looked over, thankfully they kept me up to date with her condition and told me everything i needed to know about her. i cannot reccomend this place enough. they really take pride in the comfort and care of your furry friends! my little Ava is doing so much better after her visit and i can’t thank the staff there enough. Especially Emma, the nurse that helped her with everything. thank you guys so much! she’s absolutely thriving🥰❤️

Took my new puppy here and will continue to do so. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. You can tell they are all very passionate about animals.

I can’t thank the team at Medivet Kensington enough for the care they gave my cat, Willow. My partner and I were very worried when we brought her in, and from the start everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring. It was clear that Willow’s welfare was genuinely their priority. I especially want to thank the Roshni who saw us during the out of hours appointment. She was incredibly kind and gentle with Willow. She answered all my questions and really helped be feel at ease as I was very anxious. It meant a lot to be treated with such compassion. Willow ended up needing to be admitted, but knowing she was being looked after by such a caring and professional team made a difficult situation easier to cope with. Every member of staff I spoke to were lovely. I’m so grateful to all the staff involved with willow’s care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares. Thank you again 🩷

All the vets are really thoughtful and caring and have been taking great care of my dog for 5 years. While everyone is great, Emma is exceptional. Always helpful and going above and beyond to make Maggie feel great. The staff at reception are also very nice and helpful with all the insurance procedures. I moved a bit further but still come here since they are great. They don't overcharge and always ask if you are happy with the procedures and make sure you know if something will be very expensive before doing it.

The most amazing vets. All of the staff are so welcoming & kind, I can’t recommend them enough. Miranda looked after my cat and diagnosed her quickly, she has been incredible and we are so so grateful for her! It’s been such a relief to see my cat slowly feeling better.

This is an excellent vet. I have been coming here for years with my golden retrievers, and all the vets have given my dogs brilliant care and treatment. I totally trust them, and they do not order tests if they are not needed. The level of veterinary knowledge is very high. The reception staff are also terrific - always friendly and helpful. The best vet in the area in my opinion.
