  I genuinely struggle to find the right words to describe how exceptional Brompton Veterinary Clinic is. Under the leadership of Dr Kevin, this team sets a completely different standard of care. Dr Kevin is not only extraordinarily knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to brachycephalic breeds like bulldogs, but he is also one of the most attentive, thorough and compassionate professionals I have ever encountered. He knows my dog’s medical history inside out, follows up personally and never overlooks detail. That level of continuity and accountability is very rare. Unfortunately, our emergencies always seem to happen on weekends, which has meant visits to different hospitals. Yet every single time, Dr Kevin makes sure to check in, review the situation and provide clear, masterful guidance regardless of the hour. That kind of dedication is not common.. it is exceptional. A huge thank you as well to Dr Florence for her masterful knowledge and obvious love for animals. She is thoughtful, precise and deeply caring. I always learn from her as an owner, in each visit. Fanni at reception is the definition of professionalism - calm, veeery knowledgable and always reassuring. And Luke provides such gentle, attentive care that you can see how much he genuinely cares about every pet who walks through the door. Finding Brompton Veterinary Clinic (quite literally through word of mouth in the park) has made an enormous difference to both my frenchie’s life and mine. We feel safe here. And when you have a brachycephalic breed with complex needs, that peace of mind is everything. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

  BVC are great! The team really care about the animals and the parents and that kind of thoughtfulness is hard to come by these days! We thoroughly trust their advice and treatment and absolutely recommend them!

  - This clinic will charge you 100 to 150£ for EVERY single visit you do (even a 5 min checkup). - We had a more serious situation with our puppy and every time we brought him there, a different doctor visited him (mostly some young less experienced ones) that did not exactly know what the Situation was and/or did not align internally with colleagues between one visit and another. - Last time we had to process some documents for our puppy, they charged us 90£ for it. We could not come at that appointment so we rescheduled to have again exactly the same papers that they already created...the clinic charged us 90£...AGAIN!! So: They are very good in taking money but not as good in providing quality Services (and pricing)

  My favorite vet for my French Bulldog. Dr. Kevin has taught me so much about properly caring for my beloved frenchie! We’ve moved around and have had to work with different vets and our experience with Brompton Veterinary has been the best of them all. Very helpful, professional and always takes time to answer ALL of my many questions which are answered honestly (even to tell me when I don’t have to come in and when I can save some money). Thank you so much!

  Best Vet Clinic in London! I wouldn’t trust my dear cats to anyone else. All the staff is really lovely and professional, from the vets to the nurses. You can really see that they care about animals. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
