Dr. Stefano is so professional and had so much empathy for my cat Cosmos. Cosmos has been under so much stress due to a previous corporate vet clinic chain that literally saw every appointment as an opportunity to sedate her and make more money. Cosmos lost trust in vets, so did I to be honest. Dr. Stefano is the polar opposite of this. My cat was so calm around him, I have never seen her so chill at a vets office. He explained everything to us and genuinely cared about Cosmos. Thank you and we will be back

My cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and I was extremely worried. CT Vets were outstanding, professional, kind, and very thorough. They kept me informed, treated him with great care, and he’s now recovered. I’m so grateful and couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It’s absolutely no surprise that this clinic has 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly accommodating and kind, making us feel welcome straight away. The Official Veterinarian (OV) was highly professional, very experienced, and immediately put us at ease. You can genuinely feel the expertise and care. This will definitely be our new place for my lovely little boy, Leone. Highly recommended.

CT Vets is truly a gem in London. From the moment we registered our baby here, I had a strong feeling I was making the right decision and that feeling has only been confirmed. We’ve received nothing but 10/10 care every step of the way. The team are outstanding professionals who genuinely care about our fluffy pets above all else. They are kind, transparent, and incredibly compassionate you can truly see their love for animals and their commitment to doing good. I’m so grateful to have found them as our local vets. They’ve been exceptionally patient and supportive with our kitty Freddie and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. 💛
