All the vets, nurses and reception staff are very friendly and personable. A lot of the vets know my cats well and I have never struggled to get an appointment when needed. Great local vets that we will always be a customer of.

Always friendly when we visit. Lovely reception team and when I was booking appointment in an emergency came through the door. The team worked so well together and helped the dog, owner and rest of the patients waiting quickly and calmly. thanks

I cannot thank everyone at Marple Vets enough for the care, compassion, and kindness they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. A very special thank you to Hannah the vet who treated my dog with such dignity and respect at the end of her life. Your professionalism and empathy towards my dog and myself, my partner and my two children meant more than I can put into words. I would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Nicola, Although her shift had finished at 4 p.m., she chose to stay behind because she knew my dog and wanted to be there for us. That level of dedication and compassion is truly extraordinary. She supported us all through the most difficult day of our lives, and I will never forget her kindness, she showed us! Thank you as well to all the receptionists and the nurses on duty that day. You were all incredible, You created a calm, caring, and supportive environment, and made an incredibly painful experience as gentle and comforting as it possibly could be. From giving me a private space to wait in when it all got too much to showing my children genuine care, Thankyou so much. I will always be grateful for everything you did.

Such a wonderful Veterinary Centre. All the staff are so friendly & my dog loves all the fuss & treats they give her. They are very thorough & explain everything. The monthly pet plan they have is so useful & very reasonably priced. Can't praise them enough

I just have to say how fantastic this vet clinic is! The nurses from the reception team are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. Dr. Lenka and Grace are the best—they really care about my cats and take the time to explain everything. I couldn't ask for a better team to look after Frida and Kropka! Thank you so much ❤️

Everyone, Receptionists, Vet Nurses and the Vets are clearly kind and compassionate people. True Professionals. They always take time to listen. They explain options clearly and never hurry you if you need advice. I highly recommend this great practice.

It’s such a relief knowing your furry friend is in good hands! Plus, their monthly payment schemes are brilliant – makes staying on top of pet health care so much more affordable.

Can't praise the staff enough. From the welcome of the receptionists to the consultation. I have a stressed dog who needed professional handing whilst having bloods and a check up. The staff were calm, reassuring and knew how to handle him to reduce his anxiety as much as possible. I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the staff (especially the poor nurse and vet that I saw!). I have been using this practice for many, many years and have always found them experts in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you
