Welcome to Marple Veterinary Centre, a friendly and inviting veterinary practice situated in the charming town of Stockport, within Greater Manchester in England.
Our practice is run by a team of experienced veterinary professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality and compassionate care to all animals under our care. We understand that our clients’ pets are a part of their family, and so we treat them with the same love and care that they would receive from their owners.
At Marple Veterinary Centre, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each pet. Whether your furry friend is a bird, cat, dog, exotic animal, wild animal, poultry, or small mammal, we have the expertise and experience necessary to provide them with the attention and care they deserve.
We take pride in offering top-notch facilities to our clients, including an easily accessible client car park, and facilities for disabled access. We aim to ensure that our clients and their pets always feel comfortable and welcome whenever they visit us.
Our experienced veterinary team includes Dr. Yvonne Watson, who is a highly skilled veterinary professional with a BVMS MRCVS qualification. She is the principal of our practice and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Mrs. Hannah Scott, who has BVetMed CertAVP PGCertVBM MRCVS qualifications, also works with us. She is a compassionate animal lover who is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to animals under her care.
Our hardworking veterinary nurses are led by Miss Danielle Pomfret, a qualified RVN who is passionate and committed to providing high-quality care to animals. Our team works together to ensure that each pet receives the best care possible.
We are open from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturdays. Our availability during these hours means that we are always here to help our clients in case of an emergency. Although we’re closed on Sundays, we’re always happy to accommodate our clients’ pets outside our usual working hours, should the need arise.

Such a wonderful Veterinary Centre. All the staff are so friendly & my dog loves all the fuss & treats they give her. They are very thorough & explain everything. The monthly pet plan they have is so useful & very reasonably priced. Can't praise them enough

I just have to say how fantastic this vet clinic is! The nurses from the reception team are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. Dr. Lenka and Grace are the best—they really care about my cats and take the time to explain everything. I couldn't ask for a better team to look after Frida and Kropka! Thank you so much ❤️

Everyone, Receptionists, Vet Nurses and the Vets are clearly kind and compassionate people. True Professionals. They always take time to listen. They explain options clearly and never hurry you if you need advice. I highly recommend this great practice.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to our lovely vets – they’re always so friendly and make you feel completely confident in the care they give to your pets. It’s such a relief knowing your furry friend is in good hands! Plus, their monthly payment schemes are brilliant – makes staying on top of pet health care so much more affordable.

Can't praise the staff enough. From the welcome of the receptionists to the consultation. I have a stressed dog who needed professional handing whilst having bloods and a check up. The staff were calm, reassuring and knew how to handle him to reduce his anxiety as much as possible. I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the staff (especially the poor nurse and vet that I saw!). I have been using this practice for many, many years and have always found them experts in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you
