I cannot recommend. My gran used these for years and we had an issue with the cat. I took it down and found the staff cheeky and rude. They done nothing for us and just charge a wholly unreasonable price. We now got Dumbarton. Money grabbers and nothing more. It is a shame as Mr McKenzie was a descent guy and built a great family practice up. These conglomerates practices are under the eye of the of the mergers and monopolies commission and truly hope they are broke up soon as they are not benefiting animals other owners.

We have been attending McKenzie vets for over 20yrs. We stayed as customers after Alex retired. Our dog and cat received their annual vaccines which were smooth and painless by Abbie. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

always receive a friendly welcome, both me and my dog. My dog also loves all the vets, nurses and other staff. He drags me in from the street, "hurry up, I'm going to see my friends." Enough said. I my dog thinks they're the best, who am I to disagree.

The vets and support staff are the best. Saved our fur baby's life when he was almost killed by another dog. Special mentions to Nadia, his vet (who is adored by all of us, not just Oscar) and Marjorie, front of house with always a warm welcome.

I have been taking my two rabbits to McKenzie vets since I rescued them over three years ago. They have always taking great care of them through all there 6 monthly health checks and annual boosters also both they’re neutering. They have always been honest about not being a tropical vet but their knowledge of rabbits is excellent in my opinion. They keep me upto date with new research and treatments. I am with the pet health plan which covers all this and it works for me and my bunnies.

I have been using McKenzie Vets for more than ten years. I have never been disappointed by the service the dogs received. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The dogs never have any hesitation in entering the premises. I am always happy to tell other dog owners which Veterinary Practice I use.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the amazing support I received from the vet team. They were incredibly caring and attentive throughout Sam’s entire process, and thanks to their hard work and dedication, I got my dog back healthy and happy and with an even bigger personality 😂😂. I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they did; it means the world to me to have my furry friend back home.

Very friendly and welcoming practice. We are visiting our son at Loch Lomond.. Our Harrier Hound has ADDISONS DISEASE.- a condition that requires regular vet administered medication to keep him alive and healthy . We booked ahead. The staff looked after us well. We were welcomed as though we are regular customers. We are pleased to be registered with the practice for future visits. Very professional and courteous. Barny also loved his treats and fusses. Thankyou. 🙂
