I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr Pablo Jurado for the exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion he demonstrated during the two occasions he attended to my dog, Flo. From the moment we arrived, Mr Jurado embodied kindness, empathy, professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality patient care. During what was an extremely worrying and emotional time for me as a dog owner, he remained calm, reassuring, attentive, and genuinely compassionate towards both Flo and myself. Mr Jurado took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly assess Flo’s condition, and explain his clinical reasoning and treatment plan in a way that was clear, respectful, and reassuring. His communication was professional yet deeply humane, helping to reduce my anxiety whilst ensuring that Flo received safe and appropriate care. What stood out most was his patience, empathy, and commitment to animal welfare. He treated Flo with gentleness and dignity at all times, demonstrating the high standards of professional veterinary practice expected within the profession. His conduct reflected important veterinary standards including compassion, effective communication, clinical competence, professionalism, respect for clients, ethical practice, and dedication to patient wellbeing. It was also evident that he valued collaborative care and continuity of support, ensuring that concerns were taken seriously and addressed appropriately. His professionalism and calm approach helped me feel heard, supported, and confident in the care Flo was receiving. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mr Pablo Jurado. He is a real credit to Medivet and an excellent example of the standards and values that veterinary professionals should embody.

Last night I raced my Dachshund to Medivets after being attacked by bees. They were absolutely brilliant and I was absolutely terrified. They assessed my Callie and told me all the signs of deterioration to look out for. They completely reassured me. They were so kind. Highly highly recommend these wonderful people. My Callie is much better and brighter this morning. I’m very relieved!

Had to use the emergency out of hours in the early hours of the morning when Nala collapsed. The team on call were amazing from the initial assessment to throughout the whole day of stabilising Nala, testing, treating with the correct medication, drips etc. They kept me informed of everything and her progress throughout the day, with how she was responding to treatment and care moving forward. Unfortunately Nala had a relapse a few days later, again out of hours, she was re-assessed promptly and the decision of carrying out a CT scan made which confirmed things. They kept her stable, pain free and the care they showed was second to none. Everyone here are so caring, have to say theres been some tears, but they are so supportive and remain to be too. I have, because of the care and excellence provided, moved Nala over to here permanently as they had everything here possibly needed for Nalas end diagnosis and care at hand. I'm extremely thankful to Helen, Amanda, Simon and of course Emma and the tissue box!....and to all the other members of staff behind the care scene that I have not met. The after care has been outstanding.

We aren't registered with this vet, but my cat was recently hit and killed by a car and was taken to this vet. They cleaned his body and wrapped him in a blanket for us. Thank you for showing him such dignity and kindness in his final moments.

From making a first telephone call to taking Buddy who was admitted overnight for fluid support after a being so poorly, I found all the staff very helpful. Helen one of the vets was very helpful and explained the treatment and why it was neccessary. I was kept updated throughout the day and when we collected Buddy the following night saw an emergency come in and was impressed with the way it was dealt with, whilst also dealing with the distraught owners in a caring way. I felt reassured knowing that I could call anytime over the Christmas holiday and know that there would be help and advice should I need it.

Very friendly and professional staff. Easy to book appointment and pets are well looked after. I'm looking into purchase of one of the health plans. Highly recommended place for your pet. And massive bonus it's opened 24 hours. Yes, some services are quite expensive but we pay premium prices for premium service. I'm very happy with joining Medivet👍

Met Alex with our 12 year old Lab / Pointer for mobility check. Lots of advice and full check done. All done in a very professional manner. Our Fog was very patient and vet was very friendly and thorough. Great advice given and now we have to discuss our options and make a decision . All of which has to be beneficial for our pet and give her a better quality of life. Her joints are becoming stiff and less mobile. Advice around supplements and medication taken on board and a plan will be decided within our family. Thank you well worth visit and being checked. On our visits to practice we are always treated respectfully and with kindness. .☺️

Extremely grateful to the emergency staff, who were there late at night over the weekend. Our dog was showing signs of being poisoned, and they dealt with her efficiently, effectively and displayed a great deal of knowledge and care. Tests and treatment were administered, whilst keeping us fully updated and informed about the results and options available to us. The vet was kind, compassionate, and realistic with her advice in what was a distressing situation. Fortunately, Luna made a fast, full recovery, for which we are incredibly grateful. Many thanks to the team, I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for general or emergency care.
