At Abbey Veterinary Centre, the talented and experienced team of veterinary surgeons is led by consultant Mrs Zoe Kirk (BVM&S MRCVS). Together with Dr Sarah Buckley (BVSc MRCVS), Dr Eleanor Garrington (BVM BVS MRCVS), Miss Bethan Rowlands (BVSc CertAVP MRCVS), and Miss Sara Townend (BVM&S MRCVS), they are committed to providing the highest quality of care to their patients and ensuring the best outcomes possible. The surgeons are supported by a skilled team of veterinary nurses, including Miss Laura-Jayne Banner (RVN), Miss Abigail Charteris (RVN), Miss Katie Davies (RVN), Mrs Cindi Dhaliwal (RVN), and Mrs Kerri Jackson (RVN DipAVN – small animal), who serves as the practice manager.

Centrally located in the town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire – a county in the state of England, Abbey Veterinary Centre is ideally placed to cater to the needs of pet lovers in the surrounding areas. The practice boasts ample client car parking facilities and full disabled public access, ensuring a convenient and stress-free experience for all visitors. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, allowing for flexible appointment scheduling to suit your individual needs.

In addition to the practice’s regular operating hours, Abbey Veterinary Centre is proud to offer weekend availability, ensuring prompt care for your pets during emergencies.
