Saw 3 different Vets while having to put my dog to sleep, got asked the same questions and they did all the same checks... 3 times! just prolonging his distress, and while we had him put to sleep the reception area was so loud with people and animals, no one on reception informed the other clients about the sign they had on the counter regarding euthanasia and noise, and we never received a condolence card which they send to clients when they loose their pets. I can't help but take all of this personally. I will never return even if the services were free.

Many thanks to the entire team for the service we have received today. My dog was in pain today with her back, I couldn’t get an appointment to my local branch but the receptionist did everything to get me an appointment as soon as possible and we got one at Wellington branch. Here my dog was treated with care ❤️ Michelle was absolutely golden with my dog, very attentive and explained us what was wrong with Tula and she took her time examining her . The treatment that was recommended worked well for my dog , and now we are all seating together on the sofa with no more pain and discomfort for Tula and no more worries for us . Many many thanks to you all for doing such an amazing job .

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Haygate. All of the wonderful nursing team who cared for our dog Ruby from her early years through to her last breath aged 13. A special mention for Paulina, (Ruby’s main vet) and Kasia for their emotional support through Ruby’s last hours. All of the vets, no matter who or when, had Ruby’s well being as their only concern, and always left us feeling secure with their knowledge and understanding of our dogs needs.

Can honestly say, it is refreshing how compassionate and caring all the staff here are. Cannot thank you enough for the care and support you showed us and Skye. What was a really painful time for us, was made slightly more manageable thanks to yourselves, and we will forever be grateful of that. Highly recommended

Took my very elderly mum and her equally elderly dog for a follow up consultation. We were seen by Dr Martyna Kaluga, she was outstanding, took lots of time to kindly and fully explained the issues to us in a way which was truthful and respectful. She made a complicated matter clear and answered all mum's questions. I was very impressed by her excellent 'bedside' manner. Thank you Martyna for your time and patience with dog and owner.

Charlotte and Ecaterina (I believe that was the vet’s name - I apologise if it isn't) were SO lovely with my Blue — they handled him with such care. Unfortunately, I had to make the decision no pet owner ever wants to make, but Charlotte made me feel comforted and supported throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for her kindness and compassion

Bonnie (beagle) was unwell after surgery (spay) repeated times we got told she was fine being charged to take her in to be told this.... multiple times we said she isn't. They gave her more pain meds, we would ring again and reception were also telling us that it's normal (not trained to give advice) I wrote a letter of concern to the manager and was told to take her in again. I got a phone call at 1am to be told bloods have come back and she was suffering with kidney failure effects from the anaesthetic. So giving her more pain medication to begin with would of done more harm. We were told she had 50/50 chance of survival. They admitted they were in the wrong and the bill was significantly reduced but still had to pay something. She was kept in for over a week having a continuation of fluids put through her. The care she finally got was good but it shouldn't of taken so long for them to react. (Response to your reply) I was never going to mention our experience we had back in 2022, we should of chosen a different vets, why we didn't, more fool us.... It was when you gave us a bill which had flea tablets on costing £133.40, that showed us how bad you can actually be and thought people should know. Who can justify charging £133.40 for flea tablets that cost a fraction of that online!

PLEASE AVOID THIS SO CALLED VET!! I give 0 stars my dog came in for a c-section she had given birth to x6 healthy puppies Dolly was eating and drinking throughout delivering her babies yes she had x2 puppies that needed delivering by c-section but she was fit and healthy, after the procedure we were handed her back 40 minutes later the veterinary nurse said she’s not eating or drinking but she’s better off at home , alarm bells were instantly ringing as I feel she did not receive the care she should have been given, we were also told by the veterinary nurse that there was a lot of rubbish I didn’t understand at the time what she ment but she assured me that it was perfectly normal for a c-section, we took Dolly home she couldn’t move she was constantly being sick she wouldn’t eat or drink all this was apparently normal according to your vet , I called back the next day to be told sorry we’re busy we’ll get back to you within 20mins hours later I had to call back then I was told to bring her back for an anti sickness injection at no further cost to myself (which wasn’t true )we took her back and was told she’s fine and just keep offering food and water which I’d already told them she’s refused everything but still we were told she’s ok , i pointed out that Dolly had a big black mark on her tummy that wasn’t there before the procedure the vet said it was a bruise , I then asked if the puppies were safe to feed because dolly was obviously not well and she’d been given lots of different drugs by this point, we were told specifically they must feed from mum or she could become unwell , again massive alarm bells ringing, we did as they advised even though we didn’t agree Dolly declined rapidly we received no aftercare no real advice with a £3500 bill this should have been standard procedure I feel they didn’t care at all , I had to take dolly to another vet who told me not to expect her to survive as she was infected from the inside out the black mark wasn’t a bruise as haygate had led us to believe it was infection which was life threatening she spent 5 days in hospital on drips and it was touch and go , the puppies all died from feeding from their infected mother (haygate told us to make sure they feed from mum) I was unable to work for 3 weeks myself and my children have had to go through hell , I already payed £1500 and totally regret giving them a penny and now they send debt collectors to me after killing 8 babies and almost killed their mum with an added £400 for good measure BUTCHERS!!!
