Felt like vet didn’t really know what he was doing. Poking and prodding dog with 2 different needles whilst trying to draw from potential cyst. Didn’t feel like we left with the dog looking or feeling any better than what we came with. Pain relief was given but that’s the only positive

The veterinary team were professional, reassuring and friendly. They took their time to look after my dog, as well as me. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for a great experience.

Took our dog who was not doing so well. Staff spent time to assess and review her condition. Very professional from the phone call to bringing her in.

Amazing service. I called for the first time, was immediately booked in to an out of hours vet 10 minutes away, they greeted me at the door and gave an outstanding service includling a hug for me as I was a bit shook up! Very impressed thank you. Kimi Dicken xx

The vet and vet nurse were lovely but I was disgusted with the £302.50 out of hours consultation charge, it was a Saturday afternoon not like it was in the middle of the night. The consultation was only 10 to 15 minutes. Daylight robbery.

I rang on Sunday morning, my dog was (is) very unwell, not eating, barely drinking, incontinent and unable to walk even with support. She is very elderly and has a history of uti's and having tested her urine I knew that that was what the problem was. She weighs 40 kg. I explained I couldn't physically get her to the practice, she was too unwell and too heavy. She is actually with the practice Vets now are based at, so I asked them to access her medical history, they said they weren't able to. I asked if I could bring her urine sample in so they could check it and prescribe antibiotics. They refused saying she had to come in. I asked for a home visit, they said they don't do home visits because they don't have enough staff. They appeared more concerned about explaining their costs and requesting i.d, insurance etc than about an animal who was suffering. I gave up. I would like to know why vets now are unable to access the medical notes of an animal who is with the practice they are based at? I would like to know why given the vast amount they charge they are short staffed? I would like to know what people who are unable to get their animal to the surgery in an emergency are supposed to do?

Hi I would like to say a massive massive thankyou to Karl who saved the life of my 8month old sprocker. I took my Harvey to vets now and on arrival he went into shock,I was told to brace myself as Karl did not think Harvey would survive the night. He promised to call me in a couple of hours which he did. Karl cared for Harvey through the night and then arranged for my own vet to be ready to take Harvey first thing to continue the care. Harvey had apparently swallowed a stone which obstructed his small intestine, after having an op Harvey is now back at home recovering, mad as ever. Again thankyou Karl.
