Honestly this vets saved my dogs life. My dog was really struggling with giving birth naturally, she’d already lost one pup at home and another when we got to the vets, they done everything they could to save it. She then needed an emergency c-section with very little hope her last pup was going to survive, however they saved my dogs life and her last pups. The vets were amazing from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way, you saved my dogs life and her pups, I can’t thank you enough ❤️

Excellent experience in a stressful and worrying time. 2am emergency visit with my dog, staff were lovely, explained everything that needed to be done to save him, procedure was successful. While the charges are expensive, they are there to provide an emergency service. Would not hesitate returning but hopefully will not need to. Highly recommend!! ⭐️

I’m posting this positive review following our recent visit as I feel the staff deserve to be praised. Our cat ate a pool float and needed an urgent X-ray and ultrasound and thankfully it all turned out to be ok. Whilst we were in the waiting area we could tell how hard all the staff were working, from the receptionist to the vets. The same vet was still there when we picked the cat up at 11pm and he had worked all day! I want to say the biggest thank you for being so kind and making sure Marcus was looked after! You are all doing a fantastic job!

Excellent treatment from them and St George's working perfectly together - they explain everything clearly and give you different options, they did incredible keeping a close eye on my cat Leo and treating him effectively whilst he was with them for a blockage. They checked him every 2 hours and continuously gave me updates about how he was doing and what the best next steps were for treatment. Because of how well they listened to my concerns and how well they monitored him, my cat was treated in the very very early stages of a blockage before symptoms got worse and he's now home doing very well. They even caught and treated additional minor things, like him starting to have an irritated eye because the pain meds he had to have (only ones he doesn't react to) made him too stoned to blink properly. Even now he's home, they've continued to call to check how he's recovering and to keep me updated on the test results they're still waiting for from the lab. I 10000% recommend them if you want the best possible care and attention for your ill pet.

I brought my cat, Willow, here after hours for an emergency appointment. The vets there were amazing with him, and despite having to have him put down, I would recommend them to everyone. After taking him to 2 other vets throughout the year, none of them were able to identify what was clearly wrong with him, which if found sooner, could have saved his life. The vets here, however, were quick to identify what was wrong, offer support and give solutions. I left with a nose and paw prints, as well as some fur, and they were very kind through the whole process.

A stray cat turned up at my house, it was clearly in no fit state to be outside and was showing clear signs of antifreeze poisoning. My partner took the cat to the vets yet the vet claimed the cat looked fine and to let it back out. They also claimed the cats microchip was registered in the street it was found in, it wasn't. My partner brought the cat home and kept the poor girl warm until a rescue turned up to take her. Unfortunately the stray cat didn't make it and the vets didn't even bother to contact the owner at the point of arrival when it was taken there originally. Due to the sheer amount of neglect from the vet on duty this cat suffered for 12 hours when this could've quite easily have been prevented but no because it's a stray and not a paying customer they didn't care less. The vet has a duty of care, which has been abused in this case and I sincerely hope she receives some for of reproductions from this. We also have a picture of the cat before it was taken to the vets and every person that has been shown this agreed the cat doesn't look well at all!

Went here last night after my sons cat was unwell and vomiting after it was discharged from st Georges Vets. Called up got appointment at vets now when got there Receptionist sneeta she was star and assured me that my sons cat would be ok I was chatting to her while they checked him over sneeta was so helpful. Check up was done and nurse called me into the room and explained to me even if we do CPR its not guaranteed he will make it through in the pain he was in but unfortunately the last option was to put him to sleep and rest.. u can't fault these vets. They tried there best sparky we miss you😪 😭

Brought our terrier in as an emergency after hours, believing her to have all the symptoms of a stroke. Very caring approach. The vet, Gorka, was excellent and informative. His advice in a very stressful situation was calm and well explained. The people on the desk explained charges clearly and helped with insurance forms. Treatment for a nasty ear infection has been effective and our dog is thankfully on the mend.
