Can’t fault them. I was with them for years with my two golden retrievers. One of them is very anxious and the vets put so much time into her with little socialisations in the rooms etc. Only changed as I’ve relocated else I’d still be with them!

Took really great care of my little Siamese boy. At a time when you are so worried, your mind is put at ease. Everything is discussed in detail. Thank you Julie and all that took care of my boy, I am truly grateful.

Bobby was very uncomfortable passing blood in urine. Came along to see vet Will, he was fantastic with informing us all about what bobby needed done. He did his surgery and what a positive outcome . Especially as bobby is not very good at being a patient 😕. Excellent caring staff would highly recommend this vets with the care of our fur babies.

Connaught Veterinary Hospital is a great vets in Wolverhampton. We have had them as our vets for a number of years with our current companion animals and former - we have two English Cocker Spaniels, Flossie & Dinky, a cat, Sephi and did have a French Lop Rabbit, Theo. All have visited Connaught Veterinary Hospital at some point whether for vaccinations, minor surgery, spay and neuter, and on a few occasions there have been the odd ear and eye infections. There have a been a couple of more serious issues also. At all times, the reception staff always treat us with the utmost respect and urgency. We can usually be fitted in fairly soon so waiting for an appointment isn't really an issue thankfully. The location is incredibly convenient as it's either a ten minute walk or 2 minutes by car. Also, they have other practices such as Codsall where we've also been seen which is handy if there is an emergency. We have a favourite vet we prefer to see, who is incredible. She is compassionate, empathic and thinks outside of the box. It was using such abstract thinking skills, as well as, of course her veterinary skills and knowledge that helped achieve a diagnosis in Dinky, our younger dog of ingrowing eyelashes! These have to be removed every so often which is obviously an unpleasant experience for him but we have seen and are aware of how well he is looked after when here. The veterinary nurses can't be helpful enough and Paige and Diane in particular as well as a few of the others (who's names I don't remember!) are hands down charming and lovely. My only criticism would be of the prices, which are pretty high for treatment and medication and also we think that when Dink goes in to have his eyelashes done, we don't think he's given water whilst there. Now whilst I can understand no water, nil by mouth for pre-ops or certain conditions, other animals should really be given water especially if there all day! What is particularly nice though is that evidently they hold on to their staff as the same staff have been there for quite some time and I know that they work TIRELESSLY for our companion animals. We regard them pretty highly and appreciate all the care and expertise they've offered us over the years for which we are very grateful.

My loving cat was chipped and spayed here. She got killed on a road and when a kind person took her to this vets where she is registered and still had the spay marking showing they could check her on the system as she was done just a couple if weeks ago. They scanned her and said no chip several times. She was actualy chipped by them! The kkind person who took her in insisted they try again and again as she has a spay marking so is a looked after cat. Finaly they tried hard enough and picked up the chip and contacted the owner who has 5 pets registered with them and spends loads here. Very dissapointing. All about the money!
