Our dog Henri was just a pup when the team at Shifnal first met him, and they cared for him with such compassion for the next 12 years. Saying goodbye was truly heartbreaking, but they treated Henri with dignity and kindness, and supported us so thoughtfully during an incredibly difficult time. We’re deeply grateful for the care they gave him throughout his life and at the end. To you all at Shifnal . Thank you for everything.💙

My little (and old) Jack Russell suddenly went down hill and was so poorly. I contacted the vets as soon as they opened and spoke to Julieann, she couldn’t have been kinder offering me to come in as soon as I could. When I got to the vets they saw me coming with my beautiful dog in my arms and greeted me with reassurance and kindness. Again Julieann took the lead taking me into a room on my own explaining the vet would be with me soon. There was no way my little dog could be cured, it was his time to go and everyone at the vet’s made it as manageable as possible. Julieann walked me to the car helping me with my dog and even gave the hug I desperately needed before I left. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. I will be telling everyone what a lovely experience I had in a difficult time. Thank you very much.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Veterinary Practice I’ve Ever Used I honestly can’t praise this practice enough. Every single member of staff is fantastic—kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the animals they care for. I’ve never come across a team so consistently helpful and compassionate. They’ve looked after all my dogs over the years, and the level of care they provide is second to none. My current dog, Daisy, has complex health needs and goes in weekly for checks on her lungs and fluid levels. The team treats her with such gentleness and dignity, and I always feel reassured knowing she’s in the best hands. It’s rare to find a place where the staff make you feel like part of the family, and where your pet is treated like one of their own. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Used to go here two years ago, and they pretty much saved my pet's life. The issues were completely my fault - they walked me through everything and gave my exotic pet 5-star treatment. She’s happy and as healthy now, but it was a rocky road to get here. They took great care of my pet, and even when I had to pay almost a grand for everything, I was really happy with the outcome and the speed at which they took care of my pet (Pre-screenings, surgeries, and post-surgery checkups). I should have taken my pet earlier. It was a hard life lesson, one that didn’t have to happen and could have cost my pet’s life, so I am really grateful for all the staff who helped me two years ago.
