I can’t thank Gertie enough for the care she gave my rat, Maggie. She was one of the kindest and most compassionate professionals I’ve ever met. We had been dealing with a long and difficult health issue, and when it became clear that euthanasia was the kindest option, Gertie handled everything with such gentleness and respect. She explained things clearly, never rushed me, and made an incredibly painful decision feel supported and dignified. I was able to hold Maggie while she passed, and that meant the world to me. Gertie treated her not “just as a rat,” but as a deeply loved member of my family. I will always be grateful for the empathy, honesty and care she showed us during such a hard moment. Thankyou so much.

I want to start this by saying. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM . WHO looked after our dog. Words are so hard to find as you all saved his life. We’re so grateful for the kind support you gave us and our dog. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant excellent and fantastic sums it and much more. !!!!!!!! The challenge was tough but with your experiences everything you did helped him to recover. We cannot praise you all enough. Thank you all too for letting us visit . Anybody that gives a bad feedback has absolutely no idea how outstanding brilliant you all are along with the dedication and hard work. Thank you all again

My dogs were due a Rabies and booster jab...they got a check over too and bet noticed my oldest did wasn't responding as she should in one eye...a thorough check was done and they got me sorted with an eye specialist straight away...I was happy with the outcome and diagnosis...very good vet practice ....and two happy dogs..

Really amazing service for an out of hours (after midnight) call. They took such good care of us and our dog. Even the after car and communication was great. Thank you for taking care of us.
