Knocked a star off for the inconvenience of having to use the Bedale branch currently, with no help for a disabled person to get their pet there. Been using the Northallerton branch since 2009 and have always been very happy with the service, all staff clearly love animals

This used to be a really excellent vet practice. But in the last few months things have changed dramatically for the worst. Now, the two partners are no longer running it (I believe it has been sold on to a large company who cover not just the UK but are also trying to set up in Europe.) Under the previous ownership it was a great practice - professional and caring. However, now there is just no consistency. Every time we have been it's someone young and different. When we ask to see the previous vet we saw we are told "they've moved on and are no longer there." We carried on going there out of loyalty despite the fact it's actually very awkward to get there because of the new road system and massive estate being built around it. However, the final straw was having our appointment cancelled twice in a row. This is just unacceptable. It's clear whoever is running this practice has taken their eye off the ball. People aren't stupid - and I know we're not the only ones who have now left and who are disenchanted. A great shame!
