Been a few times recently with different cats and the vets we have seen are all excellent. Love the way they fully explain everything. Very professional but friendly and caring.

At first I was a little apprehensive as cavies are generally considered an exotic pet but the vet instantly put my mind at ease, she understood and explained, the reception staff we excellent and very helpful as we're the nurses, they took great interest in Basil, which he loved. I would highly recommend they looked after basil so well and he has healed up beautifully and is looking forward to meeting some sows without the unwanted consequences. Thank you vets 4 pets Northallerton

Couldn't do enough on New year's Eve for our very poorly 1year old border collie. We were on holiday so not our vets but they were amazing. So thoughtful and consider doing all they could to help. She's made a good recovery thanks to the medicine they prescribed.

Over the years my cat has been back and forth to the vet for different reasons. General health checks, etc., and we have been happy with the staff at Vets 4 Pets. However, more recently, we have seen two different vets, one being a locum who told my mom our cat had a bladder infection and that she needed to buy the kit to put in his litter box to collect a urine sample. This process stressed our cat out so much that he was pooing in random parts of our house. Then the vet told her that our cat needed to go on new pellets and have an injection to treat the bladder infection which cost a lot of money considering we had to cancel our insurance as they claimed we did not comply with the wishes of a previous vet to get my cat's teeth cleaned even though his mouth wasn't infected at that time she had told us to bring him in the new year to have his teeth cleaned. All in all, we have had to pay quite a large sum of money and feel we need to change to another vet as a result

After seeing all three vets for my dogs rash and at great expense I was finally told it was cancer and the only course of action would be chemotherapy I obtained a second opinion and was told it wasn’t cancer and given a 2 week course of antibiotics which cleared his rash
