Forrest House Veterinary Group is led by a talented team of veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses who share a passion for providing top-notch care to all furry and feathery patients. The practice comprises two distinct departments, one for veterinary surgeons and the other for veterinary nurses. The Veterinary Surgeons department is responsible for all medical treatments, including checkups, surgery, and other procedures, while Veterinary Nurses is led by a Head Nurse who manages the team and handles day-to-day tasks such as administering treatments and responding to client enquiries.

The Veterinary Surgeons department consists of three highly experienced veterinary surgeons, all of whom are fully qualified and accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Dr Tanya Braithwaite has a BVSc and MRCVS, Dr. Lewys Mayes holds a BVetMed MRCVS, and Dr. Robyn Senior has a BVetMed MRCVS. Their unique backgrounds and experiences enable the team to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, ensuring that pets receive the best possible care.

In the Veterinary Nurses department, Mrs. Alexandra Staveley serves as Head Nurse and oversees a team of two other fully qualified registered veterinary nurses, Miss Olivia McFarlane and Miss Amy Rodgerson. Nursing services provided by this department include the administration of medications and treatments, assisting with surgical procedures, and providing advice to clients on topics such as pet health and nutrition. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all patients and is always happy to assist with any queries clients may have.

Forrest House Veterinary Group prides itself on providing accessible care to all residents of Bedale and surrounding areas. The practice is open six days a week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. The practice is closed on Sundays.

The practice is open at weekends, so busy pet owners can bring their pets in for checkups and treatments on weekends.
