The vets at Medivet Pinner are amazing. Really knowledgeable and above all patient and caring, with both the pets, and their owners! Reception is also very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended

I have to praise this vet since I took in a blue tit that was captured by my cats. They were so compassionate and helped the bird get back to health happily after it had suffered from shock. Thank you to the whole team.

This was my first visit to Medivet Pinner, and I had a very positive experience. Kishan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly check my little dog, Chai. He was very patient and gentle, which made a big difference,Chai was calm, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the visit. Thank you for such great care.

We’ve been taking our cat Tyson to Medivet Pinner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience the team has shown. Tyson is not the easiest cat to handle—he’s strong-willed, very sensitive to being touched, and has made past vet visits quite stressful. However, the staff at Medivet Pinner took the time to understand his temperament and handled him with calm confidence and real compassion. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring—not just with Tyson, but with us as well. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently to minimize his stress, and made the whole experience much smoother than we expected. It’s clear they care deeply about animal welfare and treat each pet as an individual. Highly recommend Medivet Pinner, especially if your pet needs a bit of extra understanding and care
