Arden House Vets - Ruislip

I brought my guinea pig Theo here after he has been unwell for quite some time. Finding a true exotic vet can be difficult, but Dr. Lopez was absolutely excellent. He knew exactly how to treat my piggie, and I saw a massive improvement incredibly fast. Theodore was fully cured in less than two weeks! Arden House Vets have been brilliant with my pets — so brilliant, in fact, that my pup, Eleanor, now thinks every visit is a spa appointment. She strolls in expecting love and kisses, a paw massage, and a biscuit served by Cathy, who inevitably ends up saying, “Madam, you were supposed to chew that!” Meanwhile, Benny, my cat, sits in his carrier radiating the kind of silent fury only a cat can manage during his annual vaccination. He gives the staff a look that clearly says, “I will remember this betrayal for the rest of your natural lives.” And then there's Rusty, the chocolate Labrador with the slightly wonky, battle‑scarred, “I’ve lived a life” ears that Arden House have lovingly patched up more than once. A brilliant team who’ve always taken great care of my furry lot. I’m now travelling to Quantico periodically for work, so I’m consolidating all my pets under one practice in Watford for simplicity — but Arden House have been excellent throughout our time with them.

Kathryn has saved my cat’s life! Having previously been under the care of a different hospital whose head vet said to put my beloved elderly cat down after many months of expensive treatment, we realised we needed a second opinion but did not know where to turn. The previous vet had left us devastated when he said my cat was brain dead and would never recover from his illness. However, upon finding Kathryn, she did not hesitate to administer a new course of treatment. Since we were told there was no hope, he has now put on more than half a kilo in weight in a month and has regained vitality and happiness. He’s miraculously gone from zero to 90% and I’m so grateful for the extra time we’ve had with him. Thank you so much Kathryn. We trust you with our cat’s care and wish we had gone to you in the first place. We are in a much better place and grateful- if only all vets could be like you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ♥️

I was so worried to go to the vet as my German shepherd is quite reactive but thanks to Mary everything was perfect she was so nice and confident which made my dog very relaxed around her , everything went smooth without any issues and my dog had a good experience in the vet , thank you Mary !

In very difficult circumstances with my much-loved but very unwell cat, the staff go above and beyond. Kathy, the vet who has led the care for my very unwell cat, is truly exceptional – not only in her medical expertise, but in the way she works alongside me with care, patience and understanding. She recognises how hard it is and helps do everything they possibly can for the best for my cat in incredibly challenging circumstances. An incredible professional and human being. I cant thank her enough for all that she has done and continues to do. Arden House is far more than an animal hospital; it is a place where pets and their people are treated with genuine care, respect, and humanity. I have a lovely experience with Arden House in Ruislip My 2 year old Pomeranian is having gastrointestinal issues due to possibly eating something she shouldn’t Dr.Jose Romero is a lovely , caring and kind vet who truly loves animals As soon as he opens the door to the minute we leave is all smiles He has helped me feeling less anxious Listens to my worries and explains step by step Visit doesn’t feel rushed :) He doesn’t prescribe tons of medications that isn’t necessary but works out best options He also checks how she is doing and books us in for regular visits Highly recommended :) Pixie Belle says paws crossed my tummy will heal soon
