The clinic is open six days a week, and offers flexible hours to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. They are open on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M., Thursday and Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The clinic is closed on Sundays, but have provision for emergency call outs.

Joel Veterinary Clinic has a team of experienced veterinary surgeons, led by Dr. Amy Rubio Prior, who is a qualified director with a PgC in Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging MRCVS. The clinic’s team of veterinary surgeons includes Miss Natasha Gauer, Mrs Suzanne Gorman, Mrs Lindsey Hodes, and Dr Estella Kittel. Together, they are dedicated to providing exceptional care for your pets.

In addition to their dedicated veterinary surgeons, Joel Veterinary Clinic also has a team of experienced veterinary nurses led by head nurse, Miss Andrea Chambers. Their veterinary nurses are passionate about animal care, and they work tirelessly to ensure that your pet is comfortable and happy during their stay at the clinic.

At Joel Veterinary Clinic, clients have access to a range of state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide the best possible care for their pets. The clinic is open at weekends for your convenience, and there is a client car park available on-site. Additionally, the clinic has disabled public access and a comfortable waiting area for clients and their pets.
