Having moved to Congleton we have registered with Millie’s vets, we explained our Rottweiler is very anxious and terrified of vet’s visits however they have been amazing, from the moment we arrived the practice staff gave him gentle encouragement and he soon entered the vets and began to settle, James was also reassuring and supportive and settled our own anxiety instantly We already know we can trust this practice we never thought our dog would be as he was and although we are at the start of his journey we are encouraged and grateful for their support already Highly recommended

Our 2 new rescues came for their first visit today. Cari Prysor immediately made them feel extremely comfortable (I don't think Koko wanted to leave her!). Cari was absolutely wonderful, explaining things to us thoroughly and giving us tips. The entire of Millie's Vets staff are amazing and always make us feel welcome. Thank you all for everything you do

I went to clean and organised Millie’s Vets on November with my Cockerpoo, Buster. He was very new and nervous but he was getting on with lots of vets people, so Dr Cari was so fantastic take care of my Buster, explained everything about his health and vaccine, I can see that she is very passion and caring around the pets. I highly recommend that you need to go to Millie’s Vets and very affordable price.

Took both my dogs to register at Millie’s vets in Congleton this week and they are just wonderful. The staff are very knowledgeable and very efficient. James was incredible he checked both my miniature Schnauzer over we talked about there problems and made a plan to treat them both, in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. This guy is lovely and knows his stuff. As an independent vets I would say they are the best I’ve come across in my 50 years of owning dogs. And having fostered over 60 dogs in the last six years I’ve met quite a few vets both in wales and in this area since moving here 4 years ago. I will stay with this practice. They are very very good, they care for your dogs and also your pocket. Well done Millie’s you should be very proud. 😊

We can’t thank James and the whole team enough for the love and care they gave to our dog, Mousse, throughout her life. Every visit, she was treated as though she was their only patient, always made calm and welcome, and cared for as if she were their own. Even at the hardest moments, their compassion and kindness brought us great comfort. We will always be so grateful for everything they did for Mousse and for us.

I took my very nervous dog to the practice today for an operation to remove a tumour on her leg. Both dog and I were enveloped in a warm blanket of support and care by all the staff from the moment we walked in. The procedure was fully explained, there was reassurance and kindness in abundance and now that she is back home recovering I know we will both get all the aftercare and attention that is needed. It is not a good experience to have to go through, but the compassion and care by everyone was outstanding and I am so grateful for it.
