Excellent personal care & service, just last appointment for jab a receptionist recognised our dog - who prefers lady vets - and asked if we’d like to adjust time on the day to enable this. Brilliant.

We took our 19 year old dog to be put at rest, we have never experienced such an awful experience . Lets start off with we went in with our dog and he just sat on his computer asking questions that weren’t even appropriate. He never even checked our dog over you could tell our dog was in distress as she was screeching. We were the ones who had to tell him that she was going, so he jumped up off his stool took her away didn’t let us say anything, he brought her back and just put the anaesthetic in without saying a word. Then about 2 minutes he just said YEAH she’s gone. Then to top it off we got rushed out the room, let’s just add he didn’t even shut to door the door was open the whole time. No paw prints taken and no remorse for us one bit. The receptionist was absolutely disgusting didn’t even say Hi she just knocked her head and went go through. We have recently been to Macclesfield one with our other dog that we had to have put asleep sadly. I couldn’t fault them we had time to say bye and never once did we get rushed. The vets name was Martin Devlin just so you can stay clear and never feel heart break like this. I have never been to a vets where there is a complete lack of remorse, customer service, and carelessness given at such a heart breaking time.

The staff here are so welcoming, friendly & helpful. They are & have always been focused on the health of my pets. Making sure they're given the best treatment. Everything is always explained & they take any concerns I may have very seriously. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I love the Congleton team. Thank you.

Had to say goodbye to my lovely boy after 11+ years of faithful companionship. Vet Olivia and Jan at Congleton were caring and compassionate throughout. 'Junkers' slipped away calmly and peacefully in my arms. Thank you to you both. I won't forget your kindness and how you helped Junkers in his final moments.

WM Congleton Is an excellent surgery, the staff are friendly, informative, knowledgeable, helpful. The practice is clean, not over crowded & they always do there best to see you asap.. highly recommend.
