  The team at Congleton vets are the best, friendly, professional and absolutely adore and care for my Merlin. Alice treats my boy with such love and care and gives him a good check over. One of the team help me to my car with him, as he is a big Siberian Tabby. He is so relaxed in their care, after his stressful journey, as he is not good at this. Thanks to all, would not take him anywhere else xx

  Everyone at Congleton vets practice is welcoming, professional, patient and kind. We have 3 dogs and I count us extremely lucky to be able to access such wonderful care for them .

  First time at Congleton Vets with my two 12 year old cats Bonnie and Clyde and I was really happy with everything from the warm welcome to the annual check up and vaccinations by the lovely vet( sorry I didn't get your name). My fur babies were treated with real care and I didn't feel rushed when discussing thier health, excellent service so a big thank you to all and I must add, I love the layout of the waiting area....dogs and cats have thier own areas which relieves the stress for all....Great idea. I would highly recommend this practice 👌

  I took my elderly cat recently to Congleton Vets, it was easy to make an appointment online. The practice was nice and quiet which is ideal for nervous cats (no dogs barking etc) I found the vet extremely pleasant and professional with no pressure. She explained his issues and treatment that was needed. I'm happy to say he's feeling much better and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Everytime I've been the staff are friendly, kind,caring and professional. They always make u feel welcome and answer any questions. The care is outstanding my dog is so nervous going the vets but they make him feel at ease

  I cannot praise these lovely people enough. We had to say goodbye to our 17 year old Jack Russell’Flash’ yesterday. Everyone was so kind and caring especially VET Alice giving us time and consideration. Thank you so much for your living care for Flash and ourselves.

  ⭐ Review: Outstanding Care and Compassion at Congleton Vets I recently had to take my beloved Max to Congleton Vets, and while the experience ended with the saddest of outcomes, I cannot speak highly enough of Struan and the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so lovely and supportive, making a difficult time as comfortable as possible for both me and Max. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the practice, which clearly has up-to-date equipment and modern facilities. This commitment to having the best tools available gave me confidence that Max was receiving the most thorough and accurate examination possible. Ultimately, the news delivered was heartbreaking. However, the way Struan handled the situation was truly exemplary. He was incredibly empathetic in sharing the findings, taking the time to explain everything with a gentle and compassionate approach. His kindness during such a deeply upsetting moment made a world of difference. Thank you, Struan and the team, for your professionalism, your excellent facilities, and most of all, your overwhelming care and compassion. You treat pets and their owners with the utmost respect.   I recently took my dog to this vets and was really impressed. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and put both me and my dog at ease straight away. The practice itself was spotless and well-kept, which gave me a lot of confidence. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care we received – highly recommend!

  While I think our town is blessed to have a good number of vets, I’ve used Congleton Veterinary Centre for many years now. I can’t speak highly enough about the long term support CvC have provided to my many feline pets. They are constantly investing in their own veterinary capabilities and have a very positive yet realistic approach to treatment plans. The latest adventure of getting my lovely boy Blue through his first birthday while living with heart failure is just one example.
