The receptionists are always friendly and efficient and the vet was lovely with our puppy during our visit. She made the whole process very easy and enjoyable for both our puppy and ourselves! We would recommend Charter Vets 100% and have been with them for many years.

We have always gone to Charter Vets (since the days when it was called Sims & Partners and that's going back a long way!) and have never had any cause for complaint. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We hope to continue using them and would most definitely recommend them.

Archie the cockapoo enjoys his visits to the vets for routine treatment like flea, worming and vaccinations. He sees the same nurse who he has bonded with and is happy and relaxed. Saw a new vet yesterday who was very good with him. Friendly and calm. No muzzle required for his Kenneth cough vaccination. All positive.

I would like to thank vet Claudia for her kindness when treating my elderly cat Minx (Missy-moo who was 17.5 years old) when she became poorly with her thyroid issues. Then when she started having seizures & had to be PTS Claudia was very compassionate & kind with Moo and helped myself & my daughter Sophie through one of the hardest parts of being a loving pet owner. Thank you so much Claudia, you truly are an exceptional vet ❤️

We have been with Charter Veterinary Surgeons Congleton for many years, this will be our third time now with our new puppy Rudy (Rudyard) a red Staffie. Charter Veterinary Surgeons are very experienced, knowledgeable & compassionat both to pets & owners. We would recommend them & garentee Charters of Congleton. We've used other vets in the past, but will stick with Charters for now. Rudy Rudyard & Robin.
